If you must have electricity available (refrigeration, heat, appliances, etc.) indicate this in the options table below. If multiple vendors can share electric the cost may be shared. Alpine Bierfest is NOT responsible, nor will they provide, any electrical devices, cords, splitters. Although water sources will be on site there will not be running water near vending spaces. Please plan accordingly for cleanup and maintenance. Alpine Bierfest 2015 is scheduled for May 30, 2015 at the Wisconsin Center, 400 W. Wisconsin Ave., Milwaukee, WI. Should the Alpine Bierfest venue be unavailable due to circumstances beyond G&A Enterprises’ control vendors will be informed as soon as the conflict is determined. G&A Enterprises reserves the right to reschedule Alpine Bierfest as needed under these conditions. Vendor fees are non-refundable. All vendor booth workers must be at least 21 yrs. of age. On the day of the event VIP gates open at noon, General Admission will begin at 1 pm. Vendors may arrive as early as 4am and should allow enough time as to be ready when the VIP gates open. Alpine Bierfest is scheduled to end at 5pm. Vendors are expected to remain at the event for its entirety. Vendors must be packed and out of the venue by 8pm. Vendors must abide by all state and federal laws. Sales of illegal products or services will not be tolerated. Unless given written permission, vendors may not sell water, soda, beer, or prepared food items. Levy Restaurants has reserved the right to sell these items without competition from other vendors and sponsors. Agreement and Signature By submitting this application, I confirm that the information provided is true and complete. I understand that if I am accepted as a vendor, any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by me on this application may result in me being removed as a vendor at this event.
