Space rent is $25 per space or $40 for two. Electricity, if required, is an additional $5 for 110 volt.
Vendor Hold Harmless Agreement:
By signing this agreement the vendor agrees to hold harmless the Bucyrus Kiwanis Club, The Crawford County
Agricultural Society, as well as Crawford County, its agents, employees or any other person, against any loss or expense
including attorney fees by reason of loss or damage of merchandise or bodily injury including death at any time
resulting therefore, sustained by vendor whether or not such injuries are due to or claim to be due to any active or
passive negligence of vendor or employees, agents, customers or any other person. I also have read, agree with, and
understand the rules associated with the event and acknowledge that firearms and live animals are not allowed to be
sold at the event. I further agree to hold harmless the Bucyrus Kiwanis Club, Crawford County Agricultural Society and
Crawford County, its agents or employees harmless and indemnify them for any injuries or loss or damage of
merchandise I may cause to third parties as a result of my actions or inactions.
I have carefully read the rules and regulations, understand and agree that by signing below I assume responsibility for
my well being and merchandise owned by me and damages to others caused by me.
Spaces will be assigned by first registered with payment, first reserved. Space will be held until 8:30 am on the day of
the event, at which time the payment as well as the space will be forfeited and reassigned.

Rules and Regulations
Set up time:
Building will be open on Friday, April 24, 2015 from Noon until 5 pm for vendors to set up their space. On
Saturday, April 25 the building will open at 6:00 am. All items are the responsibility of the vendor. If
unattended items are lost or damaged, it is not the responsibility of the event coordinator. No vehicles are
permitted inside the building for purposes of loading and unloading. Vehicles may temporarily stop near the
exit to quickly load and unload. Immediately after which the vehicle must be moved. Vehicles should be
parked away from the building as not to obstruct the entrance and exits.
Space assignment:
Spaces will be assigned by first reserved and paid, first served. Spaces will have a number on the floor. Upon
checking in, the vendor will be given their assigned numbered space.
Take down:
The garage sale is advertised until 4pm at which time it is permissible to clean up your space. All vendors are
asked to remove all items from the building by 5 pm so volunteers may have sufficient time to clean the
building.
All unsold items are to be removed from the Fairgrounds. Dumpsters are not provided.
Tables:
Tables are not provided. Vendors should provide their own table.
Electricity:
Electricity is available for 110V — 30 amp service inside the building for a $5.00 fee. A hook up of 220V for
outside vendors is available for $45. Prior notification is required. No last minute service can be
accommodated.
Space size:
The spaces in the Camp Millard Ag & Expo building are approximately 8.5 feet by 12 feet using the saw
marks in the floor to determine the space division. The Livestock Arena Building will be 10 feet by 10 feet
determined by tape on the floor. All items should be kept within your space including seating as not to
interfere with other vendors or customers. The space rent is $25 per space, if an additional space is
requested, the fee is an additional $15.
No firearms or live animals will be allowed to be sold.
