SPRING 2015 Account Executive. De scription: Do you have a mind for project management and relationship building? Do you believe in your ability to make a positive impact in and around Philadelphia? You might be the Account Executive we're looking for. Working alongside our accounts team members, you will provide outstanding support for At Media and our clients. Leading current projects and client relations will give you the opportunity to oversee branding projects from start to finish. In everything from managing projects like new brand identities to launching a new website, your strengths are in paying attention to detail with an enthusiastic attitude. You excel at project management, new business, client relationship management, and understanding the branding and creative processes. Your motivation to do your best, on every project, every day, and uphold At Media's reputation for producing top -quality work makes you the candidate we are seeking for the Account Executive role. Skills an d Q ualific ations: 3-5 years of account management experience at a creative agency. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Prides themselves on effective relationship management and teamwork. The ability to communicate complex ideas simply, help educate, and lead both the client and internal team members. Ability to wear many hats, and be committed to excellence for each task and project. Eager to volunteer for work and sees themselves as a motivated, collaborative individual. Genuine desire to help clients and team members, as well as a vested interest in the outcome of projects. Knowledgable and passionate about branding, design, digital technology, and client management. Ability to manage several open accounts and jobs at once, approximately 5-7 projects per Account Executive. Ability to contribute to the development of procedures and processes as At Media grows and matures. Technical knowledge includes: Adobe Illustrator (intermediate+), Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, social media marketing, Google analytics, and online retargeting services. Account Executive | Pg 1 Re sp onsibilitie s: Conduct regular meetings, including project milestone meetings, to discuss and identify the project goals, expectations and objectives, and present creative alongside At Media team members. Manage at least 5 accounts on a daily basis. Keep clients and co-workers updated on the progress of projects, budget status, milestones and client feedback. Develop a good rapport and quality communication with clients and potential clients to help represent At Media in the most successful manner. Work with At Media team members to assign tasks, conceptualize ideas and create strategies that meet the client’s brief and budget. Present concepts, follow approval procedures, and ensure quality at every step of the process. Act as the link between the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively. Handle budgets, project scopes, messaging, and content for each account assigned. Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns along with the account’s Brand Manager. Create client reports and manage hours for projects assigned. Assist with business development and new project opportunities. Assist the CEO with strategies to expand the reputation and brand recognition of At Media. Coach clients on basic branding, marketing and campaign process, deliverables, and the approval procedures. Improve At Media’s internal procedures, workspace, and anything else that helps make our agency top-notch and fun! Remember, this is an evolving agency with plenty of room to contribute.
