pressed together into a soft baguette.
Tuesday: Drunken Clams. Hard-shell clams sautéed in Racer 5,

Wednesday: Fish Tacos. Rock cod beer battered in El Oso, tucked
inside two corn tortillas with Pico de Gallo, shredded cabbage, and a
mild creamy taco sauce. Three per order.
Thursday: Trio of Grilled Sausages. Smoked hot beer sausage made
with our Big Bear Stout. Bratwurst, a fresh all natural pork German
classic. Smoked duck, a blend of duck and pork with hazelnuts and
juniper berries, paired with sautéed mushrooms, onions, sauerkraut
with a sweet mustard for dipping.
Friday: Fish and Chips. Fresh Pacific rock cod from The Tides
Wharf, beer battered in Racer 5 IPA and flash fried.
Served with plain fries, coleslaw, lemon wedge, and tartar sauce.
Saturday: BBQ Ribs. Dry rubbed and smoked for hours. Served
