MOVE-UP REGULATIONS: If a dog earns an agility title before this event it can be advanced to the next level
of competition. However, written notice must be given to the Trial Secretary, no later than 6pm on Monday,
July 13, or at the close of the trial on Friday, July 17 or Saturday, July 18 which will be considered the awarding
of ribbons for the last class on each day. Every effort will be made to accommodate handlers running multiple
dogs in the same class. No verbal changes will be accepted.
REFUNDS: No entry fees will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reason of riots, civil
distubances, fire, an act of God, public emergency, or any other cause beyond the control of the organizing
committee. Entry fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by vet or
judge, or barred from competition by action of the trial committee. Bitches who come into season after the
closing date will have entry fees refunded in full if notice is given to the trial secretary prior to the start of judging.
OBSTACLES: Obstacles meet the specifications in the current regulations.
MEASURING: All dogs participating in this trial must have an AKC height card or they will need to be measured
prior to running in the trial. At least one VMO will be in attendance to measure for official height cards. Copies
of height cards DO NOT need to be sent with entries or shown at the trial!
It is the owner’s responsibility to have the dog measured prior to running. Awards may be cancelled if the dog
is not measured before running.
RINGSIDE: Dogs are not required to be at the trial until the scheduled time of judging. All dogs not needed for
further judging are excused. The owner/handler of each dog is solely responsible for having it ready at ringside
when the class is to be judged. Please help your fellow competitors, the trial workers, and the judge by checking in with the gate steward well ahead of your run, and being prompt at the line when your turn comes to run.
Conflicts between the rings should be discussed with the gate steward prior to the start of the class.
SAFETY/BEHAVIOR: The safety of the dogs is our primary concern. By entering this trial, exhibitors acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that their dogs are familiar with and
able to perform all obstacles safely. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian’s recommendation to assure their
dogs are free of internal and external parasites, any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.
LIABILITY: It is expressly understood that exhibitors alone are responsible for the behavior of their dogs and/
or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage
in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Committee, be asked to leave the show site.
In such cases, no refund of any fees paid will be made. Cream City Canines and its agents, employees, etc.
will assume no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers, or to any of

Premier class demos Friday and Saturday
AKC is getting ready to add a new set of titling classes - Premier Standard and Premier JWW.
Premier classes will fall between Master and ISC in terms of difficulty.
Dogs will need AX or AXP to enter Standard, and AXJ or AJP to enter JWW.
The usual equipment will be used, with the addition of the viaduct jump if it is available.
There will be pre-set Maximum Course Times for each height, and there is only one level
(similar to Time 2 Beat).
Some challenges not currently allowed in Master will be possible in Premier (threadles,
difficult weave entrances, bidirectional jump or tunnel). 19-21 obstacles are allowed.
The AKC Board will be voting on the class in June. If passed, the Premier classes will be
made optional starting October 1. There will be a title available (Premier Agility Dog - PAD)
for 25 Qs, with 5 being in the top 25% of the height class. This class will not be required,
and it will not affect the MACH/PACH program.
Premier class runs are available at this trial so you can get experience on the courses.
Premier Standard Friday
Premier JWW Saturday
These will be the last class each day.
Cost: $6 for one run and $10 for both runs, with 50% of the entry fees to be donated to
Charge Against Cancer.
These classes are “just for fun” so no ribbons or awards will be given, and they will not
count against the judging limits (the judges of record will not be judging the classes).
Pre-entering is requested so we can better plan, but If you can’t decide now, day-of entries
will also be taken. It’s a demo so we can do that. :-)
