Our Sponsors Depressed Black Gay Men (DBGM), Inc. While Depressed Black Gay Men, Inc. started in 2010, it was officially incorporated as a 501(c)3 organization in 2013 to raise awareness of the many underlying factors contributing to Black gay men living, struggling and suffering in silence with depression. DBGM hopes to influence change in the many ways Black gay men are regarded by family, create more opportunities for Black gay men to feel safe and comfortable to seek help, and preventing suicides, in whatever form or manner. Sinai Health System’s Office for Diversity and Inclusion, is an employee resource group sponsoring events and activities to celebrate the cultural diversity of staff and to enhance culturally competent healthcare to diverse patients throughout our hospital system. In response to the critical, unmet need for HIV prevention and care for Latinos, a coalition of Latino leaders founded the agency in 1990. The Commission spearheads health advocacy for Latinos, promotes HIV education, develops model prevention programs for high-risk communities, and by builds capacity in community organizations. Since 1995, the Commission has expanded its services outside New York to meet the needs of Latino communities in more than 40 States and Puerto Rico. For more information: http://www.latinoaids.org Bridging Access to Care/Brooklyn Men (K)onnect Bridging Access to Care (formerly Brooklyn AIDS Task Force), is the oldest and largest nonprofit HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment service organization in Brooklyn, that provides comprehensive HIV/AIDS related services to under-served racial and ethnic minority communities in the borough. Brooklyn Men (K) onnect [BM(K)] is a community and online outreach, intervention, and health education program dedicated to expanding access to HIV/AIDS and STD-related prevention resources, and promotes sexual health education within the MSM population.
