Presbyterian Healthcare Services values your contribution as a business partner who helps us in our
purpose of improving the health of individuals, families and communities.
The Presbyterian Vendor Registration Program enforces protocols for a more professional and
consistent relationship between vendors and Presbyterian:

It allows us to maintain a repository of contact, financial, legal, and product information for
our vendors.
The program also serves as a platform for policy and documentation exchange needed for
compliance with regulation and accreditation standards.
We appreciate your participation in this program. There is a nominal annual fee for vendor registration
which is per company, not per representative. The fee ranges from $25 to $250 per year, and the actual
fee is determined based on your risk profile as a vendor (risk profile is determined based on your
company’s answers to questions in the registration questionnaire, such as amount of annual spend and
whether representatives will enter procedural areas or access Protected Health Information).
All existing vendors must be listed in the system in order to do business with Presbyterian.

Vendor Registration Portal, to register your business.
