Ken was honored for his “extraordinary efforts in demonstrating CHC value through data and research”. Ken has been a leader at the state level for alternative payment methodology (APM), data, analytics and quality. As a staff member at Mosaic Medical, which operates community health centers throughout Central Oregon, and regional representative for the state’s Coordinated Care Organization metrics committee, Ken has a broad depth of knowledge that helps inform OPCA’s state work with APM. Additionally, Ken is looked to by health professionals statewide for his expertise in advancing CHC value by utilizing quality, data and analytics to advance quality in healthcare.
