Each Preventive Care Plan provides veterinary
services for one year and can be upgraded to
a different plan when the need arises. Some
benefits universal to all Preventive Care Plans
are:
• All necessary vaccinations and diagnostic tests
• 12 affordable monthly payments
• Exam copay on scheduled examinations
• Additional discounts on eligible items that are
not included in the plan
The cost for each Preventive Care Plan is divided
into 12 equal monthly payments. Raintree Pet

PREVENTIVE CARE PLAN OVERVIEW
Dogs and cats age at a much faster rate than
people. For every year that you age, your dog
or cat can age from 6 to 8 years.
Your pet’s medical and nutritional needs
change as their bodies age. A Preventive
Care Plan helps manage their evolving health
care needs by monitoring vital organ function
and detecting problems early, before they
become life threatening.
Every Adult Preventive Care Plan offered
by Raintree Pet Resort + Medical Center
includes all necessary examinations, vaccines,
laboratory tests and other services essential
to protect your pet against illness and disease.
An upgraded plan is designed to provide
additional services like routine dental cleanings,
radiographs and more extensive blood work.

Restrictions:
• Pet must be healthy to enroll.
• If pet is in need of extractions and or medications at time of dental,
additional charges will apply.
• Plan is nontransferable.
• Additional Discounts can not be applied to Pet Resort Services.
• Discounts can not be applied to package services.
*The Annual Savings in the first year will be less the
cost of the Initial Membership Fee.
