‫‪ (1‬שיטות עבודה סטריליות במעבדה‪ ,‬הצגת הכלים השונים לעבודה עם פטריות מצלחת‬
‫פטרי ועד אוטוקלב‪.‬‬
‫‪ (2‬תהליכים מדעים שונים לתרביות טהורות‪ ,‬על ידי יצירת תרביות אגר חדשות מפטריות‬
‫מקבוצות אקולוגיות שונות )ספרוטרופים‪ ,‬ליגנוטרופים‪ ,‬קופרוטרופים(‪.‬‬
‫‪ (3‬תרביות מנבג אחד‪.‬‬

Research lab: Cultivation of Edible and Medicinal Mushrooms.
Students will practice sterile methods of mushroom cultivation, including:
1) Scientific processes of pure cultures, by creating new agar cultures from
mushrooms
2) Propagation of mushroom cultures in various cultivation media,
temperatures and pH levels.
3) Life cycle of mushrooms from spore to fruit body
4) Preparation and observation of microscopic samples
5) Understanding of different microscopic structures.
