‫הקורס עוסק במוצאן של התנהגות חברתית ונורמות מוסר בבני אדם ובחיות אחרות‪ .‬נקודת המבט היא‬
‫מדעית ופילוסופית גם יחד‪ .‬נסקור מבחר תוצאות מן המחקר האבולוציוני בסוגיות של שיתוף פעולה‪,‬‬
‫אלטרואיזם‪ ,‬תקשורת‪ ,‬אבולוציה תרבותית והפסיכולוגיה של המוסר‪ .‬נעמוד על משמעותם התיאורטית‬
‫והפילוסופית של הסברים אבולוציוניים למותר האדם‪.‬‬
