Viskositeetti voidaan helposti säätää täyttämään jokaisen tuotantomenetelmän vaatimukset.

Mitä tuotteita on saatavilla?
HAKUFLUID-tuotteita on sekä tiivisteenä että käyttövalmiina seoksena.
Riippuen varsinkin materiaalista ja työstömenetelmästä, esimerkiksi seuraavat tuotteet ovat valittavissa:
HAKUFLUID 122:
Työstönestetiiviste kaikkien rauta – ja teräspohjaisten seosten lastuavaan
työstöön.
HAKUFLUID 164:
Työstönestetiiviste yleiskäyttöön lastuavaan työstöön, erityisesti seostetulle
tai seostamattomalle teräkselle, valuraudalle, sekä messingille. Erityisesti
kovametallin työstöön; ei liuota kobolttia.
HAKUFLUID 264:
Käyttövalmis työstöneste, erityisesti kovametallityökalujen valmistukseen;
ei liuota kobolttia.
HAKUFLUID 265:
Käyttövalmis työstöneste, ei sisällä booria tai amiineja, erityisesti teräksen
ja messingin lastuamiseen.
Hakufluid – tuoteperhettä täydentää Kluthe 5C-Concept:in mukaisesti
yhteensopivat HAKUPUR® - pesuaineet.
