COREY PERKS PROGRAM REWARDS OUR MEMBERS!
Corey Perks Reward Program began in August of 2009. Members are able to redeem points
they accrue for merchandise, lower loan rates and much more. In the month of November
CorePlus introduced a new spin to the program; a branch specific “perk of the month”.
The Norwich Avenue branch in Taftville partnered with Starwood Market and offered
members the chance to redeem 2500 points for a gallon of milk, loaf of bread, and a dozen
eggs. The feedback from the members has been very positive; they felt it was unique and
very useful. One member said, ‘this is a fantastic program during these tough economic
times every little bit helps.” Many members took advantage of the program. Due to the
success of the Norwich Avenue promotion the Waterford Office partnered with Supreme
Pizza. During the month of December the Waterford “perk of the month” was 2500
points for 1 Large 1 Topping Pizza. This is just another way for CorePlus to give back to
the community and its membership.

NOTICE OF ELECTIONS
A Nominating Committee, chaired by Director Robert Trinque, and including Directors Gregg Bassetti and Madelyn Lyman has
been appointed by Board Chair Donna Goselin. Five (5) seats, each for a term of three (3) years are due for election at the next
annual meeting. The current incumbents consist of Directors: Donna Goselin, Gilbert LaPointe, Gideon Loewenstein, Janice
Mackie and Elizabeth Mrouse.
Members wishing to be considered for nomination should submit their names, a short biographical sketch, qualifications and
a statement that they will serve if elected to: Mr. Robert Trinque, Director, CorePlus Federal Credit Union, 202 Salem Tpke,
Norwich CT 06360 to be received no later than January 30, 2010.
If not placed in nomination by the committee then in accordance with the bylaw provisions for the election of directors,
additional nominees for these director positions may be submitted by petition when signed by one percent (1%) of CorePlus
members (216 signatures based on a CorePlus membership of 21,566 as of the last day of October 2009). Such petitions,
accompanied by a signed certificate (letter) from the nominees stating that they are agreeable to nomination and will serve if
elected to office, must be sent to: Ms Elizabeth Mrouse, Secretary of the Board, CorePlus Federal Credit Union, 202 Salem
Turnpike, Norwich, CT 06360, and must be received by the Secretary no later than March 06, 2010.
