CUT DOWN THE PROFILES
Cut down the profiles to the
requested size, possibly in an
angle of 45.
ASSEMBLE THE FRAME
Reference to corner construction
Insert corner angles EQ ABS into cavity of
the profiles to assemble the frame. Then
shove the two parts into each other. (We
recommend to fix then the corner angles
with self-drilling screws).

FIX THE STIFFENER(S)
C15 or SX30 according to the
profile assembly instructions.
In order to fix a stiffener C15,
fasten a joiner FIX15 to every
end with self-drilling screws.
In order to fix a stiffener SX30,
fasten a joiner FIX30 to every
end with self-drilling screws.
Depending on the
construction, it may be
necessary to reinforce the
frame fastening stiffeners C15
or SX30 at an angle of 45°.

shove the joiner tubes TU into
the cavity of the profile and
fasten them then with selfdrilling screws.

Instructions

The fastening and tensioning of
the fabric form the conclusion
of the CRYSTAL system. Please
exactly follow the installation
instructions and only use the tools
recommended by ISERMATIC.
CUSTOMIZING OF THE FABRIC
The fabric needs to be approximately
10cm wider than the frame on each
side.

ALIGNING THE
FABRIC
Place the
short clamping bar
pieces on the upper
side for positioning
and pretensioning.
Repeat
this step
at the lower side and at
the sides, gently pulling
the fabric.
TENSIONING THE
FABRIC
Fasten and stretch
the fabric with the
clamping bar. Kindly
note the position of
the profile sections.

Remove one profilesection after the
other.
CUTTING OFF THE FABRIC
Once the fabric is stretched,
the
protrusion
of
the
fabric needs to be cut off(depending on the kind of
finishing chosen).
Attention : To stretch the fabric,
always use a non rebound
plastic-head hammer.

The profile-sections are
remnant pieces with a
length of approximately
10 to 30cm.

Clamp the fabric
by first of all
shoving the bar
from the exterior
edge to the inside.
Hit the clamping
bar with the headplastic hammer into
the profile channel.
Doing this you
stretch the fabric.
