For single bevel and double bevel doors, a command from the touchscreen activates the 3º
rotation of the hinge router, hinge applicator and
the faceplate router, taking only seconds. The
mechanism for the 3º rotation is shown at left.
Hinge router predrill and screwfeeding occur in
sequence. Automatic screwfeeding provides a
consistent alternative to manual feed. Choose
between two screwfeeder options: single-bowl and
double-bowl. The double-bowl system allows you to
quickly change between two different screw colors.
