Executive Summary
This document sets out the EEF assistance proposal of Belocal Today which is
established in Bangladesh since March 25, 2012 as Conio Innovations!
Bangladesh Limited (Conio Bangladesh) and has expanded their company into
Australia, United Arab Emirates since October 23, 2013 and January 2015
respectively.
Today, Conio Group has significant number of clients in Australia, the Middle East
(United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Qatar) and Asia Pacific (Indonesia, Singapore,
Bangladesh) and the United States of America.
Conio initially started as a software development company and later expanded to
online marketing software and services. Due to the high growth and huge
potential of online marketing related products and services, Conio group decided
to brand such product and services as ‘Belocal Today’ separately and therefore
two separate entities established both in Australia and Bangladesh as Belocal
Today Australia PTY limited and Belocal Today Bangladesh Limited, solely owned
and operated by Conio Innovations shareholders.

Products and Services
Belocal Today currently its business operations with following product groups
1. WebMax and LocalMax digital marketing services for corresponding local
market ( Australia, UAE, the Middle East, Indonesia, USA)
2. Online Marketing Platform as a Service (PaaS) for local and global market.
Details of the products can be found in section 3 of this document. Currently all
products are live in corresponding market; however increased demand of the
products required to expand the delivery capability in Bangladesh.
Now Belocal Today is developing an innovative platform for small businesses
named Belocal Business Operating System or BBOS, which is believed to be one
of a kind and would compete globally with its unique innovative features.
To support the business and delivery activities Conio Australia recently hired total
six (6) new staffs based in Gold Coast registered office and four (4) new staffs in
Conio UAE office in Dubai.

BeLocal’s software development and marketing delivery branch situated in
Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Bangladesh office has forty four (44) full-time
employees, the majority are highly skilled programmers and digital marketing
experts who deliver the company’s software solutions and deliver online
marketing service in conjunction with Conio Australia office’ sixteen (16) and
Conio UAE office’ five (5) highly skilled marketing and account management
experts.

Experience of the Business Partners
Co-founder, Business Owner and Chairman of the Board Mr. MD HABIBUR
RAHMAN, is an ex-government employee with huge experience of general
management, organization and business management. He has been engaged in
entrepreneurship upon retirement of government job as a Professor of Got BM
College Barisal. He has established number of businesses since then. He is the
Chairman of the Board of Fullashree Agro Farm, Conio Innovations and Belocal
Today Limited.

Co-founder, Business owner and company Managing Director, Mr. IMTIAZ
AHMED RIZVI, has extensive expertise and experience in information technology
industry and worked in three continents with world leading ICT vendors, such as
Ericsson Sweden as Chief Operations Officer ( COO) for different regions. He
also worked for reputed Brands in Bangladesh such as Grameenphone Limited as
a General Manager and AirTel Bangladesh ( then Warid Telecom) as Regional
Manager. He is a pioneer in ICT industry and has been awarded with number of
leadership award in Ericsson and has played key role in Ericsson transformation
to leading ICT player globally. He is one of the visionaries who developed
Ericsson’s networked society road map and 50 billion connected devices strategic
plan. Mr. Imtiaz is currently the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of
Conio Innovations Group based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Chief Operations Officer, Mr. FERDOUS HAIDER, has extensive expertise and
experience in information technology, managing digital marketing development for
large, well-established companies over several years. He comes from an
extensive digital marketing background. His Bachelor of Information Technology
qualification, encompassed with a broad experience in research and development
roles has led to him to develop a ground breaking enterprise that will transform

marketing of Conio and Belocal products in the Middle East market. This office is
conveniently located in the following address: 401, Al Zarouni Business Centre, Al

The 5-year Financial Projections shows a consistent increase in the level of
company income that will not only cover all future business expenses but primarily
will stimulate the Bangladesh economy, especially with its innovative online
marketing platform has a global reach and already in a growing trend.

Conio Innovations! Bangladesh Limited or Conio Bangladesh, is the heart of
Conio Business globally and primary delivery center. This company operates
independently and other Conio or Belocal Today branches in different countries
buy software and services from Conio Bangladesh. This is private limited
company owned by family of Mr. Habibur Rahman and Mr. Imtiaz Rizvi.
Conio Bangladesh is led by Mr. Imtiaz Rizvi, as the Managing Director, a
seasoned ICT Executive with global experience of leading companies like
Ericsson, a global ICT leader based in Sweden, Grameenphone and AirTel etc.
Since its inception Conio Innovations! had a successful software business in the
Middle East and gradually increased the focus on online marketing capability. The
Management of Conio believe that Bangladesh is the next ICT destination
worldwide and can contribute significantly to the transformation to Bangladesh
economy and society.
Today Conio Bangladesh office, as well as the Head Quarter, is located in NI
Tower, 8th floor, Road No: 10, Block: E, Banani, Dhaka-1213 – well connected
through public transport and center of various business activities.

Conio Innovations! Australia Pty Ltd is owned by Mr. Imtiaz Rizvi and Mr. Ferdous
Haider. The company run independently and mainly market and sell software and
services in Australia and globally. Its marketing delivery branch is located in
Dhaka, Bangladesh, where there are currently forty four (44) highly skilled
employees working full time and sixteen (16) staffs currently in Australia based on
its registered office in Nerang and Southport.

Belocal Today is a newly established brand in Australia for innovative online
marketing services and software. An R&D team led by Mr. Ferdous Haider has
developed these products mainly to secure a stunning web presence, increase

Belocal Today brand is solely owned and operated by Conio Innovations Australia
PTY limited and has been a huge success within 12 months there are more than
250 active clients each of the clients pay average AUD $980 + General Sales Tax
( GST).
This success inspired the Management of Conio Innovations! And in order to
make a focused and efficient execution, a separate company is established both
in Bangladesh and in Australia, fully owned and supported by Conio Innovations!
Stakeholders.
In a transformation, all relevant staffs of Conio Innovations moved to newly
established Belocal Today Bangladesh Limited and directly managed by the same
Management Team of Conio Bangladesh while Conio Innovations! continue its

The Opportunity
In this digital and connected society era, small business leverage very little and on
available platforms, app available and also there is less focus to have an end to
end solution/ platform for small businesses. Just as every mobile has an operating
system such as Android, iOS or every desktop runs on an operating system. All

be run in a framework. The framework is to be designed such a way that the

The financial projections detail income and expenditure for financial years 2016,
2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Although in 2015, Belocal Today had primary focus is to setup the organization,
develop products and setup partnership, yet a significant sales growth observed
quarter by quarter. Now in 2015, a high trend of growth observed since January
2015 until Date, where the team has secured $750,000 order to be delivered
throughout the year.
The figures shown in this report are financial projections and clearly demonstrate
the director’s intention to generate income and growth patterns, increasing
employment and profit over the forecasted period.
