8 days and 7 nights
This tour is the perfect way to discover the best sights in Romania and admire
stunning areas full of history, culture and unspoiled beauty that are unique in
Europe. This 8-day tour across Romania is the perfect opportunity to explore
the captivating medival charm of Transylvania, the spectacular churches in Bucovina, materpieces of Byzantine art and the unique Danube Delta, all these areas
are included in the UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Day 1 Homeland - Bucharest - Sinaia
(approx. 150 km.)
Our guide welcomes you at Otopeni International Aiport
and then you will travel to picturesque Sinaia, the “Pearl of
the Carpathians”, where you will spend the first night of
your amazing trip across Romania.
Day 2 Sinaia - Bran Castle - Sighisoara
(approx. 200 km.)
After breakfast in the hotel, you will visit two amazing
castels in Transylvania: Peles Castle, one of the most
stunning castles in Europe, a masterpiece of architecture
in the picturesque city of Sinaia and Bran Castle, an
intriguing 13th century hilltop fortress, famously known as
Dracula’s Castle. You will be fascinated by the medieval
charm of cities in the region like Brasov and Sighisoara.
You will spend the night in the beautiful medieval citadel
of Sighisoara, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Day 3 Sighisoara - Bucovina Region
(approx. 320 km.)
After breakfast you will visit the impressive Medieval
Fortress of Sighisoara and then you will travel to the
stunning region of Bucovina. Wonderful landscapes and
traditional villages can be admired along the way,
especially the Bicaz Georges and Red Lake, in the Eastern
Carpathians. Accommodation will be provided in Bucovina
region.
Day 4 Bucovina region - Piatra Neamt
(approx. 260 km.)
The whole day is dedicated to the painted monasteries in
Bucovina, built in the 15th and 16th centuries and
featuring colorful exterior frescoes, these richly decorated
churches are unique in the world. You will visit the most
famous monasteries of Romania, part of the UNESCO
World Heritage: Moldovita, Sucevita and Voronet
Monastery and a brief stop at Marginea village, famous for
its black ceramics center and painted eggs exhibition. We
continue to Piatra Neamt, capital of the Neamt Country.

Day 5 Piatra Neamt - Panciu - Danube
Delta (Tulcea/Murighiol)
(approx. 360 km.)
After breakfast, we will take you to Panciu region famous
for its wines. We will stop at Panciu Wineries, where wine
tasting and lunch will be prepared and waiting for you.
Departure to Tulcea. The city of Tulcea has been an
important Danube harbor since ancient times. It was
founded in the 7th century BC by the Dacians and
conquered by the Romans who rebuilt it after their plan,
technique and architectural vision.

Day 6 Tulcea - Danube Delta
(UNESCO World Heritage site)
Let’s explore the Danube Delta by boat and admire one of
the largest biodiversities in the world, it is a wildlife
enthusiast’s paradise offering the chance to spot more than
300 species of birds and other animals.The maze of canals
bordered by thatch, willows and oaks entangled in lianas,
offers the perfect breeding ground for countless species of
birds, some of them from as far away as China and Africa.

Day 7 Tulcea – Bucharest (approx. 300 km.)
After breakfast we will travel back to Bucharest. You will
admire the best sights in town on the panoramic tour: Arch
of Triumph, Press Square, the former Royal Palace
nowadays the National Art Museum, the Romanian
Athenaeum and the Revolution Square where we gained
our freedom back in 1989. We will also admire the Palace
of Parliament- the world’s largest, heaviest and most
expensive administrative building.

Day 8 Bucharest - Homeland
The last morning of your trip is dedicated to leisure and
shopping. Transfer to the airport hoping our team managed
to help you create amazing memories and have a great time
exploring unique and stunning regions of Romania.
