Maintainability
• AHU - Ruang bilik yang mempunyai kelegaan sekeliling
unit peralatan AHU (min 1m) dan pintu bilik AHU mudah
untuk di access drp ruang lobi.
• Out door located at roof top - access by staircase and
double leaf door provided
• Lokasi FCU ceiling conceal - Ditempatkan dalam siling
pada kawasan yang tidak melibatkan laluan kerja atau
ruang pejabat.
