Below are some guidelines for the use of the system and procedures to be followed. Types of discounts: 1) Confirmed Travel: YR1 (Confirmed Economy class seat) 2) Space Available Travel: YR2 (Space Available Economy class seat) CR2 (Space Available Business class seat) Eligible Persons: Employee, retiree, their spouse and children under 24 Parents of Employee/Retiree 3 Listing Requirements: In case of space available travel, the employee is required to make listing if the ticket issued is bearing the number of Saudia tickets (i.e starting with 065….) and not the number of the transporting airlines. Listing procedures for all airlines can be reviewed at web page: www.flyzed.info. (Please refer to Central Staff Tickets office (CSTO) if the web page does not show the required listing procedures). If the transporting airlines require the staff traveling on its flights to list in the waiting list via MYIDTravel, use the following link: http://sv.net/ -> eBusiness -> Other Airlines Booking -> Existing Tickets / Booking or list for flights. If the transporting airlines require the staff traveling on its flights to list in the waiting list via ID90, use the following link: https://ifc.id90.com/ the user ID is: svemp small letter and the password is: 065. REQUIREMENTS WHILE TRAVELING Identification Eligible Persons traveling under the terms of this Agreement must present proper identification upon check-in and whenever requested by the Transporting Airline. Official proof of identity shall bear the photograph and signature of the individual. In the case of the Employee, he or she must carry the company identification card. The Transporting Airline reserves the right to refuse travel if proof of identity cannot be provided. 4 Travel Documents Eligible Persons are expected to hold all pertinent travel documents such as passports, visas and health certificates required by the country of destination and points en route(in case offloading should become necessary for commercial or other reasons.) Electronic Ticket Number It is the passenger's responsibility to provide the E-Ticket number to any point of contact with the Transporting Airline. The Transporting Airline can refuse to accept the passenger if the E-Ticket number is not provided by the passenger. Dress Code and Behavior Eligible Persons traveling under the terms of this Agreement must ensure that their appearance and behavior are in line with the Transporting Airline’s policy. Eligible Persons must ensure that no inconvenience is given to commercial passengers of the Transporting Airline and that ground staff and cabin crew are not distracted from giving maximum service to such passengers. As a rule, Eligible Persons should be dressed in accordance with public standards of good taste. This will normally mean attire suitable for an office, or smart casual wear. It generally excludes jeans, Tshirts, sweatshirts, shorts, gym shoes, and similar extremes of casual wear. Failure to observe the regulations of the Transporting Airline may result in refusal to accept for travel. Password Step No.2 Other Airlines Booking Select Other Airlines Booking to open the booking page Step No.3 7 Booking & Issuing of Tickets: Please follow the illustrated instructions shown below for booking and issuing tickets: Select confirm , then next Step No.1 8 Select Booking/Listing Step No.2 Select the names of travelers, then click Next Step No.3 9 Enter the Required Travel Information, then select time table Step No.4 Select Your Flight, then Next Step No.5 10 Check your booking information, then select Next Step No.6 Check Price Information, then select Next Step No.7 11 Enter personal and Credit Card information, then select Verify Step No.8 The message “The credit card was successfully saved for the current booking” means that the credit card has been accepted Step No.9 12 Recheck your personal and flight information, then select Next Step No.10 Record the PNR and Ticket Number shown Step No.11 13 Listing/Relisting: Please follow the illustrated instructions shown below for Listing/relisting (Listing/Relisting is made in case of YR2/CR2 tickets). 1- select Existing Tickets/Book or List for Flights 2- Enter the Ticket number& Passenger last name, then select Next Step No.1 14 Enter required information, then select Next Step No.2 Enter your new listing information, then select Next Step No.3 15 Select the required flights information, then Next Step No.4 Check your new listing information, then select Next Step No.5 16 If required, enter the APIS information, then select Next Step No.6 Check your new listing information, then select Next Step No.7 17 New listing Reference will be created Step No.8 18 Rebooking: Please follow the illustrated instructions shown below for rebooking (for YR1 ticket). Select PNR Retrieval Step No.1 Enter Booking Reference & Passenger last name, then select Next Step No.2 19 Select the required segment, then select rebook segment and for rebook all segments click rebook all Step No.3 Enter your new booking information, then select Next Step No.4 20 Select the required flights information, then Next Step No.5 Check the new booking information, then select rebook now Step No.6 21 Record the new booking information shown Step No.7 22 Cancelation: Please follow the illustrated instructions shown below for booking cancelation Select PNR Retrieval Step No.1 Enter Booking Reference & Passenger last name, then select Next Step No.2 23 Select the required segment, then cancel segment.
