Introduction:
This system enables all SAUDIA employees to make booking/listing and
issue tickets on other airlines with which SAUDIA maintains Interline Staff
Travel Agreements, for personal (leisure) travel. Below are some guidelines
for the use of the system and procedures to be followed.
Types of discounts:
1) Confirmed Travel:
 YR1 (Confirmed Economy class seat)
2) Space Available Travel:
 YR2 (Space Available Economy class seat)
 CR2 (Space Available Business class seat)
Eligible Persons:
 Employee, retiree, their spouse and children under 24
 Parents of Employee/Retiree

Listing Requirements:
In case of space available travel, the employee is required to make listing if
the ticket issued is bearing the number of Saudia tickets (i.e starting with
065….) and not the number of the transporting airlines. Listing procedures
for all airlines can be reviewed at web page: www.flyzed.info. (Please refer
to Central Staff Tickets office (CSTO) if the web page does not show the
required listing procedures).
If the transporting airlines require the staff traveling on its flights to list in the
waiting list via MYIDTravel, use the following link: http://sv.net/ ->
eBusiness -> Other Airlines Booking -> Existing Tickets / Booking or list for
flights.
If the transporting airlines require the staff traveling on its flights to list in the
waiting list via ID90, use the following link:

the user ID is: svemp small letter and the password is: 065.
REQUIREMENTS WHILE TRAVELING
 Identification
Eligible Persons traveling under the terms of this Agreement must
present proper identification upon check-in and whenever requested
by the Transporting Airline. Official proof of identity shall bear the
photograph and signature of the individual. In the case of the
Employee, he or she must carry the company identification card. The
Transporting Airline reserves the right to refuse travel if proof of
identity cannot be provided.

 Travel Documents
Eligible Persons are expected to hold all pertinent travel documents
such as passports, visas and health certificates required by the
country of destination and points en route(in case offloading should
become necessary for commercial or other reasons.)
 Electronic Ticket Number
It is the passenger's responsibility to provide the E-Ticket number to
any point of contact with the Transporting Airline. The Transporting
Airline can refuse to accept the passenger if the E-Ticket number is
not provided by the passenger.
 Dress Code and Behavior
Eligible Persons traveling under the terms of this Agreement must
ensure that their appearance and behavior are in line with the
Transporting Airline’s policy. Eligible Persons must ensure that no
inconvenience is given to commercial passengers of the Transporting
Airline and that ground staff and cabin crew are not distracted from
giving maximum service to such passengers.
As a rule, Eligible Persons should be dressed in accordance with
public standards of good taste. This will normally mean attire suitable
for an office, or smart casual wear. It generally excludes jeans, Tshirts, sweatshirts, shorts, gym shoes, and similar extremes of casual
wear.
Failure to observe the regulations of the Transporting Airline may
result in refusal to accept for travel.
 Children under 16
Children under 16 must travel accompanied by an adult holding the
same type of ticket.
