ADULT LEISURE PROGRAMS
Senior Exercise Class: M/W/F from 9:15-10 a.m.—Collierville Community Center Gym.
Participant pass is $10/12 visits. To purchase, visit the Parks Adm. Office, M-F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Bingo/Lunch—held the 3rd Tuesday of each month from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.—Collierville
Community Center Gym - $5/month. Must register in advance. Note: October meeting will be
held on October 14 due to another event in gym the 3 rd Tuesday in October.
Brown Bag Bingo—4th Tuesday of each month from 11:30 - 1:30 p.m.— Collierville
Community Center Gym – Bring a $1 prize & lunch. To register call 457-2770.
Note: Brown Bag Bingo will not be held in December due to holidays/events in gym.
Senior Walking in Gym available M-F— 7 a.m.-5 p.m./Sat. 8 a.m.-5 p.m./Sun. noon –6 p.m. Free for 55+ Collierville Residents.
AARP 55 Alive Driving Courses: October 30, 2014 and/or January 15, 2015 Workshop time:

Youth Recreational Basketball
Recreational Girls Volleyball is a program
for girls who are in the 3rd-8th grades (Grade
as of Fall 2014 semester). Practices will
begin the beginning of March, and games
will begin the end of March.
Registration Dates: Jan. 12— Feb. 15,
2015
Our Youth Recreational Basketball program is for boys and girls 1 st-8th Grades
(Grade as of Fall 2014 semester).

Recreational Tee Ball and Baseball
Tee Ball is for boys and girls age 5 and 6 years old (Age as of May 1, 2015).
Our 5 and Under league will be coed. We will offer a 6 and Under Boys league,
and a separate 6 and Under Girls league.
Recreational Baseball is a program for children ages 7 to 14 years old on or
before May 1st, 2015.
Registration Dates: January 12—February 15, 2015
Coed Slow Pitch Softball
We offer a 9th-12th Grade Division (Grade as of Fall 2014 semester). Games will
begin the end of March, and the season will conclude in June. We offer a team
registration, but if you cannot get a whole team together please call Brad
Heacox to be placed on a Free Agent list.
Registration Dates: January 12—March 1, 2015
Youth Recreational Slow Pitch Softball (East Shelby Softball
League)
Recreational Slow Pitch Softball for Collierville and Germantown girls ages 7 to
14 years old as of January 1st, 2015. Practices begin end of February and
games will begin end of March. League finishes by Memorial Day.
Registration Dates: January 12—February 15, 2015
Adult Flag Football
We offer two divisions in Adult Flag
Football: Men’s Recreational and Coed.
Both divisions are open to any
Collierville Resident, Town of Collierville
employee, or any Collierville Business
or Church. Season begins in October
and will conclude the first of December.

21, 2015
Adult Kickball
We offer two divisions in Adult Kickball:
Coed and Coed-40 and Older. The
Coed division is open for anyone 18
years or older. The Coed- 40 and Older
is open to anyone 40 years and older.
Season will begin the end of March and
will conclude in May.

Mine craft games (ages 6+), 1 - 4 p.m. Class location: 419 Johnson Park Dr. All camps will
feature experience with LEGO® bricks. Register by 9/26/14.
Bricks4Kidz Night Out: December 19, 2014 from 6 – 9 p.m. Ages 6 – 12 years. Activities include
building with Legos, games, Lego Movie and pizza and drinks. Space limited to 20 participants.
Photography Workshops: Let’s Start Taking Pictures-An Intro to Digital Photography ~ October
11, 2014—9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Waking Up Pixels: Night & Long Exposure Photography ~October 25,
2014— 6-9:30 p.m. Let’s Start Taking Great Holiday Pictures : November 8, 2014—9 a.m. – 1

Introduction to Bowling: September 24 – November 19, 2014 (No class 10/8) Come learn the
art of bowling, rules, scoring, and etiquette. Ages 5 – 12 years. Parents must accompany and
stay on site with children. Time: 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Register by September 19, 2014.
Introduction to Skating: September 22 – November 17, 2014 (No class 10/6) Beginner skating
lessons for ages 5 – 12 years old. Parents must accompany and stay on site with children.

Art Fundamentals: September 22 – November 3, 2014 (No class 10/6) 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Fundamentals is an introduction to the basic elements of art - line, shape, color, texture, value,
and form. Ages 5 – 9 years Art Passport: November 10 – December 15, 2014 5:30 – 6:30
p.m. Have you ever wondered what kind of art, people make outside of the United States?
