The Licensee must provide Event Supervisors, at the ratio of one event supervisor per 50 patrons. Event Supervisors must identify themselves to the bartender and may not consume liquor before or while on duty. The role of the Event supervisors is to provide inside supervision of alcohol service and to provide supervision at entrance/exit into the designated space. They will be responsible for ensuring that minors are not given alcohol and supporting the bartender’s authority as well as watching for over service/over intoxication. The primary responsibility of the Event Supervisors is to ensure that guests do not drive intoxicated. The Event supervisor will need to arrange for guests to get home safely by providing service from Keys Please (780-814-5866) or arranging for designated drivers in advance. If staff is required they will be provided at the following rates: $15.00 per hour / bartender (1 bartender required per 50 guests) PAYMENT: A deposit may be required upon placing order. The balance is due in cash, cheque, or major credit card within 48 hours of the end of the event. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be phoned in to our office and will be confirmed. Orders may be cancelled, without penalty, by 3:00 p.m. the day before the event. Same day cancellations will be charged in full.
