De Gascogne ligt in Occitanië, het zuiden, met zacht,
warm weeromdat de Atlantische oceaan vlak bij is.
De streek heeft de authentieke charme van een in de

il est impératif de contacter la réception au préalable. Aucune personne supplémentaire ne sera accepter dans les locations, les bébés comptent dans le
nombre de personnes.
Eau, gaz, électricité, taxes de séjour et 1 emplacement pour 1 véhicule sont compris dans le prix de la location. Sont fournis couvertures et oreillers,
n’oubliez pas de prévoir vos draps, taies, serviettes de toilette et torchons. Locations possible sur demande
Le nettoyage final est à votre charge, forfait ménage possible 75€ (85€ pour CHALET 55m2).
Une caution de 300€ vous sera demandée à l’arrivée et vous sera restituée intégralement ou en partie suivant l’inventaire du départ.

Arrivals on Wednesday, Saturday or Sunday, subject to the type of rental, between 4 pm and 7 pm. Departures between 8 am and 10.30 am (please
make an appointment). In case of a late arrival, please inform the reception. The number of persons allowed per rental may not be exceeded. Children
and babies count as a person.
Water, gas, electricity, tourist taxes and 1 vehicle are included in the tariff. Provided in the rentals: blankets and pillows. Please bring your sheets,
pillowcases, towels and tea towels. Hire of these items on demand.
Final cleaning must be done by the customer. Possibility to reserve cleaning service for 75€ (85€ for the CHALET 55m²).
On arrival, a warranty deposit of 300€ will be asked. It will be handed back to you subject to the final check-up and inventory on departure.
