Greetings from your Governor,
First, I would like to express my pleasure in accepting the position as your new Governor.
I am very thankful for all who have offered to support me through this next year and I
greatly appreciate everyone that has stepped up to be a part of our mission. I would like
to personally welcome and congratulate all new elected and appointed members of our
Board of Officers and WOTM Board Members for 2014 -2015. I look forward to working
with every one of you.
Our Easter celebration was a great success. The children really seemed to enjoy all the
festivities. A big thanks to all who stepped up to offer their time and support and making
this a successful event. We are looking forward to another successful celebration next
year.
We have new chefs in our kitchen this year and they are in need of your help. Please
come see me if you are interested in volunteering your assistance.
Also, please see our upcoming events in this newsletter including the Memorial Service
on Sunday, May 18th. Please plan to attend and participate in as many of our activities as
you are able!.

Just a reminder about being a “Qualified Guest”
with delinquent dues – you cannot be one. If you
have expired dues you cannot enter a Moose
Lodge. In order to be allowed to enter the Lodge
again, you must pay your dues, or wait 2 years, be
terminated, and join again or be a “Qualified
Guest”.

From the Desk of the Senior Regent
This is my first newsletter as Senior Regent. As we start the new year, I am really excited about taking
the reins. With the new Board and your help, this year promises to be one of the best.
At the joint Officers meeting on April 23rd, we installed our Board of Officers. Congratulations to all, for
your dedication and commitment to the positions you have agreed to take. It takes a special person to
volunteer their time and energy, accept criticism, and still maintain a positive attitude. I look forward to
working with each and all of the officers during this year.

We encourage and welcome any of our new members to Chair one of our committees, with the promise
that you will have the support and commitment of everyone to achieve success with the project you
choose to do. Please get with any one of the officers if you would like to help.
This year’s focus will be on growing in new membership and retaining the membership we have. We
welcome any ideas and information on making this lodge more fun and family oriented. We can not just
be about a bar and dinner if we want to keep our people happy. Please give us your input.
Looking forward to working with you and giving more to Mooseheart and Moosehaven.
I cannot do this alone, “THERE IS NO I IN TEAM,” but together we can move mountains.

how they are progressing.
