What could be better than merging the world’s most amazing artisan
chocolates with melt-in-your-mouth caramels? Nothing, that’s
what! And this is why we’re thrilled to have a brand new partnership
between Annie B’s incredible caramels and popcorn, and
B.T. McElrath’s heavenly chocolates. Through this newly formed union,
Annie B’s and B.T. McElrath Chocolatier will continue to provide high
quality, handcrafted excellence that you have come to expect and love.

Buttery Caramels
Our original and best-selling caramels are slow-cooked in copper pots, just as they have been since 1978.
Handcrafted using natural ingredients including butter, brown sugar and condensed milk, these caramels make a
great gift or everyday treat. Mellow and buttery with a perfect chewy texture, our caramels were named one of
Oprah’s Favorite Things. Another fan describes them as “A party for your taste buds!” Enjoy them on their own or
tuck them inside of cookies, bars or brownies, melt and drizzle atop ice cream, apples and pears. Annie B’s
original caramels are gluten-free and are handcrafted in small batches in our nut-free facility.
Gourmet Popcorn
Annie B’s popcorn is popped and packed to order, so it’s always fresh and delicious. Carefully cooked by hand it’s
guaranteed to be buttery and crisp, with deep flavors. Our handcrafted popcorn makes a perfect snack or party
favor - and even a fun addition to recipes. Made with real ingredients including coconut oil, sugar, butter and
brown sugar, so it’s completely irresistible. Annie B’s popcorn is gluten-free, made with non-GMO popcorn and
is handcrafted in small batches in our nut-free facility.

Artisan Chocolate
We strive to offer chocolates that are not simple candies. Rather, they’re unique confections that you first
taste with your eyes, then savor slowly — allowing the harmony of texture and flavor to intermingle and
linger long after the chocolate is gone. All of B.T. McElrath’s chocolates are hand-crafted in small batches by
confectionary artisans and meticulously packed by hand. All products are all-natural with no artificial
flavors, colors or preservatives
Decadent Truffles
Our award-winning epicurean truffles began a rage of chef inspired chocolates throughout the country. For
over 20 years we have been making unique flavor combinations with interesting inclusions. Due to the all
natural nature of this product our product is shelf stable for three months.
Buttery Toffee
B.T.’s hand-crafted English Toffee squares are prepared with pure butter from local creameries, cane sugar, a
hint of sea salt, and are drenched in B.T. McElrath's delicious 40% milk chocolate and topped with
salted toasted almonds.
