CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
Boven’s Veiling veilt als vertegenwoordiger van de
verkoper en is niet verplicht de naam van deze
bekend te maken
De koper is degene die het bod uitbrengt dat als
hoogste is aanvaard
De veilingkosten, opgeld, is de door de koper
verschuldigde toeslag, zijnde 20% excl. btw van de
hamerprijs
De hamerprijs is het hoogste bedrag dat voor een
kavel is aanvaard
Boven’s Veiling are acting as representatives for the
seller and are not obliged to disclose the name of the
seller to the intending buyer or buyer
The buyer is the person accepted as the highest
bidder
The hammer price is the highest amount accepted by
the auctioneer for a lot
The purchase price is the hammer price plus vat
DE KOPER
a De koper is degene die het bod uitbrengt dat als
hoogste bod is aanvaard. Op dat moment komt de
koopovereenkomst tot stand
b Iedere aspirant-koper wordt geacht in eigen naam
en voor eigen rekening te bieden, tenzij de aspirantkoper voor de veiling aan de veilinghouder meedeelt
voor welke opdrachtgever hij/zij handelt
c een ieder die ter veiling biedingen wil uitbrengen
dient zich voor de veiling te registreren door een
registratieformulier in te vullen. Hierop wordt een
biednummer uitgegeven
OPGELD
De koper is aan Boven’s Veiling een opgeld
verschuldigd van 23,8% incl. btw van de hamerprijs
BETALING
De koper dient terstond na veiling de koopprijs te
voldoen, bij gebreke waarvan hij in verzuim is
Betalingen kunnen kontant of per pin-automaat
gedaan worden
visa en mastercards worden geaccepteerd, hiervoor
wordt 2,75% van het totaalbedrag in rekening
gebracht
AFGIFTE EN RISICO VAN DE KAVEL
Eerst na volledige betaling van de koopsom,
veilingkosten en btw wordt de kavel afgegeven.
Direkt na toewijzing van de kavel aan de koper is
alle risico ten opzichte van de kavel voor rekening
van de koper
Volledige veilingvoorwaarden zijn op verzoek
verkrijgbaar en hangen ter inzage op de kijk- en
veilingdagen
THE BUYER
Is the person accepted as the highest bidder by
Bovens. the decision whether or not to accept a bid
shall be made by
the auctioneer. The purchase agreement comes into
being at the moment when Bovens accept a bid as
the highest bid
Each bidder is deemed to bid in his own name and
for his own account
Anyone wishing to bid at a sale must fill out and
sign a registration form before the sale begins
PREMIUM
A buyers premium shall be payable by the buyer to
Boven’s Veiling at a rate of 23,8% inclusive vat of
the hammer price
PAYMENT
If no arrangements with Bovens have been made the
buyer shall pay the purchase price to Bovens at the
day of the sale, failing which he shall be in default
Visa en Mastercards are accepted, 2,75% will be
charged over the amount to be paid.
RELEASE OF LOTS
The title to the lot shall not pass to the buyer until he
has fully paid the purchase price
The buyer shall be liable for the cost of removal,
storage and insurance of any lot that has not been
taken away by him within three days of the sale date
