Surprise your friends and family with a delicious and
flavorful new way to enjoy French Toast. Use our
award winning Original Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake
to add pizzazz to your next brunch, breakfast, or even
light dinner
Ingredients:
Large Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake 1/4 cup milk
4 Eggs
Butter for skillet
Confectioner’s Sugar (optional)
Maple syrup
Fresh Fruits
Instructions:
Beat eggs and milk together in shallow bowl. Melt butter
over medium heat in skillet. Slice frozen coffee cake into
1 inch pieces (slices will thaw upon cooking), dip each
slice into eggs. Cook until golden brown then turn to
brown the other side. Sprinkle with confectioner’s sugar
and top with fresh fruit. Serve with maple syrup.
Reminder: The recipe above is for a half cake, reduce as
needed. Only slice as much of the cake as you will need
for your meal. The remainder can be bagged and frozen
to be enjoyed at a later time.
Transfer to a warm plate and keep warm in oven. Repeat
with remaining bread and egg mixture. To serve, sprinkle
with cinnamon sugar, if desired. Serve with maple syrup.

Chocolate Lava Sensation

gourmet dessert made at home!
This gourmet treat is worth pulling out the good china.
Ingredients:
Boston Coffee Cake Chocolate Sensation Mini
Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
Fresh Raspberries
Fresh Mint Sprig
Allow mini to thaw to room temperature about 30
minutes (or microwave for 30 seconds on medium
power). Prepare the plate by dipping a spoon into
the chocolate syrup and drizzling in a zig-zag motion
across the surface. Fill the thawed mini with the
chocolate syrup and place on the center of the drizzled
plate. Top mini with 4-5 fresh ripe raspberries and
add mint sprig for decoration. Scatter an additional
5-10 raspberries on the plate. Serve with a side dish of
vanilla bean ice cream.
Note: This recipe is for one dessert so prepare
accordingly.

Boston Coffee Cake History
Boston Coffee Cake was founded in 1992 on the premise of making
the best coffee cake there is.
The original coffee cake recipe came from our Nana Esther Cluck and has been passed down for
generations. Now, we are proud to make it for you to enjoy.
We started out in a 1600 square foot bakery in Woburn, Massachusetts which was funded by
Grandma and Grandpa Forman. We baked about 50 cakes a day. I would put the cakes in my
car and deliver them around town. By 1996 Boston Coffee Cake had expanded to a 6000 square
foot facility with 10 workers. Our reputation for being the best coffee cake in New England was
quickly spreading.
Today, Boston Coffee Cake bakes not only our famous Cinnamon Walnut cake, but many other
gourmet desserts and specialty treats, in a 40,000 square foot bakery located in Ward Hill,
Massachusetts. We have over 30 excellent employees that are dedicated to making our high quality
cakes.
