Island Marriott Beach Resort & Spa in Marco Island,
Florida, or the wilderness paradise found at Tetu
Island Lodge in Ontario, Canada.
Qualifications:
• Qualification period is January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015.
• Gold Key Award: $50,000 of paid individual life insurance premium earns two trips (1 trip = 1 person)
• Inner Circle Club: $75,000 of paid individual life insurance premium earns two trips PLUS two extra days on the Marco Island trip.

Rules:
The writing agent must be contracted and actively representing Pekin Life Insurance Company at the
time of the trip. The trip is available to the agent and qualifying guest which is defined as a spouse
or significant other. All attendees must be at least 21 years of age as this is an adult-only trip.
The trip may be used by any actively licensed agency employee. Agent is responsible for taxes
and will receive a 1099 for the value of the trip. Qualifying business must be issued and
paid for between January 1, 2015, and December 31, 2015. Qualifications are based
on street level writing agents only. Any lapse on business written within the prior
13 months will be charged against the agent’s current year production. The trip
is an all expense paid event including all food and beverage, accommodations,
and activities as to be determined. Transportation to and from the trip is not
included. Pekin Life Insurance Company reserves the right to modify or change
any aspect of the trip at its sole discretion. All decisions are final.
