Nestled on Tyng’s Island with beautiful views of the Merrimack River, Vesper-Country Club
has continued to be the preeminent social venue for the Merrimack Valley since 1875.
Our in-house Wedding Planner is here to guide you through the planning process and assure
that all of your needs are met and no detail is overlooked. She will also be present on the
day of your wedding to be sure everything is in order and to provide you with any assistance
that may be required.
Inside this packet you will find several Wedding Packages to suit your needs. We are always
happy to accommodate any special requests. If there is something you had in mind for your
wedding that you do not see in this packet, please let us know and we will be happy to
bring your wedding day vision to life.
Each bride at Vesper is given access to our private bridal suite with complimentary
champagne for the bridal party. A personal bridal party attendant will also be readily
available to you throughout the day.

Vesper-Country Club
Vesper has an excellent reputation for attention to detail and a personal interest in making any special
occasion very special! In order to assist you and your guests, please read the following and discuss any
questions with the Club Manager or Event Coordinator. The Host, while on Club premises, must comply
with the Banquet Policy, all rules and regulations of the Club, the Executive Committee, and the
Management.
Food and Beverage
Vesper policies and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensing require that all food and beverage consumed by you and your guests come from Vesper Country Club. Food and beverages are prohibited from
leaving our premises. For the safety of all your guests we reserve the right to limit alcohol consumption.
Room Rental
The room rental for the Ballroom/ Balcony is $1,000. This may be reduced during non peak times of the
year. The room rental for the Pawtucket, River Room and Members Dining Room range from
$150-$500. All rooms are rented for a total of five hours. Overtime will be arranged at a price of $500
per hour. For those who would like bar service, there is a $75 bar setup fee that applies to all rooms.
Guarantee, Deposits and Payments
Vesper requires a $1,000 non-refundable non-transferrable deposit for the Ballroom. The deposit for the
Pawtucket and River Rooms are $250. Deposits can be paid in the form of a personal check, a cashier’s
check, cash, or credit card. Your guaranteed number of guests must be called into the Special Events
Manager at least fourteen business days prior to the event and cannot be reduced once called in. Final
payment must be paid by cashier’s check or cash only.
