with the health care system

HIV and STI checkpoint for people at risk or out of care in the heart of
the Montreal gay village
Linkage to care with clinic l’Actuel
Free, walk-in, confidential clinic opened in July 2012
Although supervised by a medical director, no physician works on site.
Staff consists of a community agent and a nurse working as a team.
Pre-test evaluation with

Community agent evaluates participants’ needs,
questions and the sexual risks.

participant in the waiting room.
