In the afternoon, simulated Truffle Hunting Excursion in the woods, with a
“Trifolau” Truffle hunter and his dog; then visit of a local factory producing
Truffle specialties with tasting.

DAY 3
After breakfast and check-out, meeting with the guide in Alba, the “Capital”
of Langhe hills, for a guided visit to the historical centre among medieval
towers, Liberty buildings, elegant boutiques and historical cafés. The city hosts
the International Alba White Truffle Fair with the Truffle Market, where the
Truffle Hunters sell their precious underground mushrooms certified by a quality
commission.

place in the most beautiful and prestigious sites in the city: Parco del Valentino,
Palazzo Reale, Teatro Carignano, Circolo dei Lettori and Reggia di Venaria are
just some of the venues where food producers from all over the world will display
their products.

discovering the hidden corners and charming shops of local products, and enjoying
the World Heritage vineyard landscapes.
Visit to the Grinzane Cavour castle, one of the most representative manors in the
area, where the history of the Italian nation blends with the development of wine
production.
Guided visit to a well-known wine cellar with tasting.
Free time for shopping in Alba, the capital of the Langhe hills: stroll among
medieval towers, Liberty buildings, elegant boutiques and historical cafés.
Alternatively walking tour in Bra the city where Slow Food movement was born.

Departure for Alba, to visit the International Alba White Truffle Fair with the
Truffle Market (only on Saturdays and Sundays), where the “Trifolau” (truffle
hunters) sell their precious “jewels”. Stroll in the historical centre, among elegant
boutiques, medieval monuments and historical cafés.

Cavour, one of the symbols of Langhe hills, where the exclusive “World Alba
White Truffle Charity Auction” takes place every year in November.

Arrival in Langhe Monferrato Roero hills and check-in in a deluxe / charming
hotel, lunch in the inner elegant restaurant. Guided visit to an “Underground
Cathedral”, Unesco Site, with tasting of Asti Spumante sparkling wine.
DAY 4
After breakfast, departure for the Roero area to enjoy a wine experience in a
picturesque cellar. Lunch in a charming restaurant. In the afternoon, departure
