With 21 years of experience in valuation and advisory, Fabrice Leger has extended his knowledge
of the valuation methods used in the EMEA region.
Fabrice Leger has created the JLL Pan-European Team for Real Estate Healthcare (clinics and
retirement homes).
Fabrice Leger has started his career in 1991 at Jones Lang Wootton in Paris.
Then he held various positions in advisory on valuation within several large corporations, (Director
of Marseille) DTZ, BNP Real Estate Valuation (Development Branch) and FCC Experts (Managing
Director in Paris)
from 2008 to 2012, he has held the position of the General Manager of Jones Lang LaSalle
expertise in Paris. Since January, 2013, he is now the Managing Director of JLL in the Maghreb
(Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria).

With nearly 10 years of experience in the field of work and industrial real estate, Benoît moved to
Morocco in November 2008.
Benoît PHILIPPE has started his career in 1999 as work engineer in the Vinci Group. He held the
position of project manager real estate at Gefco in charge of the supervision of real estate
projects (construction, transaction) associated with Gefco logistics activity in countries of Eastern
Europe and the Morocco.
From 2008 to July 2011, he became a Real Estate Director of the Aixor group by dealing with
industrial projects but also the construction of an offices building at Casablanca.
In July 2011, Benoît has created Vernet logistics, industrial real estate consulting firm.
Benoit has joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Responsible of industry department in July 2012, and
since 2013 he took the leadership of the Agency Department at Jones Lang LaSalle in Morocco.

Jose Maria has started his career in 1997 working as architect for top notch Spanish practices. He
