Partners in Helping Mom Succeed with
Breastfeeding
Tuesday, August 16th; 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Listen to advocates who support their wives, sisters,
friends and employees to successfully breastfeed.
Learn about mother’s rights in the workplace with
a special guest speaker from Maternal Infant
Services Network. Free raffle prize from Babies R Us
and the first 25 mothers who register will receive a
free coupon and sample gift bag from Babies R Us.

This program will teach participants how to stay healthy throughout pregnancy, during the birth,

Farm Stand in Partnership with Food Bank of the
Hudson Valley
Wednesday, August 17th; 4 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Bring your shopping bag to the Farm Stand, which
will offer free fruits and vegetables to community
members who are in need. All produce has been
generously donated. Be sure to stop by the farm
stand the third Wednesday of the month.

Managing Your Health
Wednesdays, June 22 - August 10; 2 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
A support group funded by CVS Health that helps patients better manage their chronic diseases by
learning how to communicate with their doctor, use medication correctly, eat right and exercise.
Participants who complete the program will receive a $15 gift card!

Healthy Relationships
Wednesday, August 31st; 4 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Designed for middle and high school students, this program explores the various types of
relationships that may exist in our lives, learn different communications styles, and identify and
differentiate between “healthy” and “unhealthy” relationships. Participants will develop
strategies to make and maintain healthy relationships in their own lives.
