Power generation with NATURAL GAS

71% of non-regulated customers (heavy users), successfully self-generate electricity used in their plants.

Barranquilla is the best place for power generation with gas. Since it is located at sea level, turbines do not
suffer from the height, ensuring that the machines do not lose their strength and efficiency, as in Bogota or
Medellin.

To generate power with natural gas is better for the environment, unlike coal.
Coal investments are more expensive than gas.
For consumption greater than 300,000 m3 per month (self-generation projects exceed this consumption) rate in

American company specialized in the production and
processing of steel pipes. Its products are used in sectors
such as oil and gas, energy, construction, infrastructure,
telecommunications, among others. They are located in
Malambo, where they have a processing pipe plant since
2013, from here they distribute to different markets.
