Summer Events in Warfield The Warfield Village Fete in June was the first of Warfield’s annual summer events, and was as usual hugely successful. The Family Cycle Ride followed and was another success. In July the Warfield Produce Show was enjoyed by all who entered/attended. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us at the Warfield Summer of Fun Day in August, and only a few families braved the rain to attend (we hope that next year will be better). Summer ended with the Warfield Pumpkin Show in September, with some amazing entries. We do hope that you will look out for, and support, these fantastic Warfield events in 2016! New Parish Councillor – Catherine Thorin We are delighted to welcome Catherine Thorin to the Parish Council. Catherine has recently been co-opted to represent our Warfield Park Ward. Parish/Borough Councillor Surgeries The Parish Council holds monthly surgeries in the Parish Office to enable residents to discuss their issues with Parish and local Borough Councillors.
