This DVD/Audio series features over 75 acts,
many of which have never been released
on DVD or screened on TV outside the UK
Since its launch in 1962 the ITV group
has recorded thousands of hours of music
programming. Much of what was recorded
has not seen the light of day since its initial
transmission and so a vast archive of
priceless footage remains locked away.
Until now...
In 2009, ITV joined forces with Duncan Smith, a
former ITV Music Commissioner to bring this material
to market. During his time at ITV he was responsible
for creating over 300 hours of this music archive.
Now as a divisional MD with Elm Street Media, he
can bring his considerable knowledge of this ITV
archive to enable the exploitation of some amazing
classic musical performances.
The ITV music archive is vast. With nearly 50 years
of music to choose from, the archive contains rare
and exclusive footage, some of which was never
transmitted and therefore represents extremely valuable
material. Working alongside ITV, Elm Street Media now
has access to every year of ITV’s music production.
In what is a truly groundbreaking deal, Elm Street Media
