Food provided by sponsors, prepared by volunteers, and served to musicians, feeds the hungry ears and hearts of the audience. In-kind donations of less than $100 will get 1 day pass, business listing in program and link on website. Ads, logos, and checks for cash sponsorships due. Ads must be print ready & to size as a jpg, pdf, or tiff file. WEDNESDAY, JULY 22 To be listed in the program. *If you need an ad designed, we can refer you to our designer for an hourly fee. Donations are welcome in a variety of ways: Picked up between Tues-Sat that week. • Already prepared food: soups, sandwiches, bread • Ingredients: eggs, butter, cooking oil, condiments • Gift certificates for: food, supplies • Items used in set-up: decorations, electrical equip, flowers We’re open to all donation suggestions – your ideas are welcome!
