Bavaria Yachten
Wir sind die einzigen Besitzer der Yachten
unserer Flotte und wir haben die Bavaria Yacht
mit Sorgfalt und unter Berücksichtigung ihres
Komforts, ihrer hervorragend einfachen
Handhabung und ihrer Zuverlässigkeit
ausgesucht. Wir bieten Ihnen eine Vielfalt von
Yachten aus unserer Flotte an, die niemals älter
als 7 Jahre sind. Das übliche Durchschnittsalter
unserer Boote beträgt nur 3 Jahre. Neben der
Standardausrüstung haben wir einiges
zusätzlich in jede Yacht unserer Flotte installiert.
Raymarine
Autopiloten ( auf allen Yachten ist der Raymarine
6001 + ), Tiefenmesser, Windstärkemesser und
einige andere Instrumente, die bei anderen
Anbietern nicht immer verfügbar sind.

Garmin Navigation
GPS Navigationssystem: sicherlich verfügen
auch andere Chartergesellschaften über GPS,
aber unser Navigationssystem enthält
detaillierte Karten und Informationen über die
Häfen und die Gewässer, in denen Sie segeln
werden.
Kartenplotter für sichere Navigation
Nacht- und Nebelfahrten stellen, dank GPSPlotter mit Wegpunktnavigation,
Positionsbeleuchtung und den vorhandenen
Gewässerkarten, kein Problem dar - hier können
Sie Ihre Navigationskenntnisse überprüfen und
sich auf kommende Hochseetörns vorbereiten.
Alle Kartenplotter sind direkt an der Steuersäule
montiert.

Solarenergie
Solar Energie werden Sie sicherlich nicht bei
anderen Yachten finden. Unsere Solarkollektoren
werden all die Energie liefern, die Sie benötigen
(inclusive ihres Kühlschranks). Das heißt, dass
Sie für die Ladung der Batterie nicht den
Dieselmotor einsetzen müssen. Das wiederum
bedeutet nicht nur eine drastische Senkung ihrer
Ölkosten und der Gebühren für den Anlegeplatz
(dies sind Ausgaben, die man bekannterweise
nicht im voraus kalkulieren kann), sondern einen
zusätzlichen Sicherheitsfaktor beim Segeln. Es
gibt nämlich nichts Schlimmeres, als eine leere
Batterie, gerade wenn man sie am meisten
braucht.
Ausserdem leisten Sie Ihren persöhnlichen
Beitrag zur Schonung unserer Umwelt.
Inverter 220 Volt von Mobile energy
Endlich können Sie Ihr Handy oder Ihre Kamera
laden, mit Ihrem Laptop arbeiten oder sich mit
Ihrem Rasieraparat rasieren. Sie können durch
Solarenergie 220 Volt an Bord nutzen, ohne
Landanschluss und ohne Generator und können
dabei in Ihrer Lieblingsbucht den Urlaub
geniessen.
Einfaches Ankern
Alle 10 Meter der 80 Meter Kette sind deutlich
markiert und können anhand einer Tabelle
abgelesen werden. Die Ankerwinsch ist auf dem
Deck montiert: somit haben Sie viel Platz im
Ankerkasten, damit die Kette frei fallen kann ohne zu verhaken. Der DELTA Anker von Lewmar
ist der beste Anker für unser Revier und hält
garantiert. Ausser der Fernbedienung haben Sie
einen eingebauten Notschalter , mit dem Sie, auch
bei Ausfall der Fernbedienung, immer ihr
Ankermanöver beenden können.
Teak Deck
Alle Yachten sind mit Teack Deck ausgestattet.
Somit ist das komplette Deck rutschfest und gibt
der Yacht eine exclusive Austrahlung.
Segel und Rigg
Alle Yachten sind mit einer „Furlex“ Rollgenua und
einer „Selden“ Rollgross-Mastreffanlage
ausgestattet. Die Segel sind dem jeweiligen
Cruiser von „Elvstroem“ angepasst.
Service
In den Marinas unserer Stützpunkte stehen
genügend kostenlose Parkplätze sowie alle
Serviceeinrichtungen zu Ihrer Verfügung.
24 h Standby
Unsere Basisleiter sind 24 Stunden erreichbar.
Wetterinformationen und technische
Unterstützung auf allen Inseln. Kein lästiges
Warten. Wir regeln und beheben alle Probleme für
Sie und Ihre Yacht innerhalb von 24 h. Garantiert !
Dienstleistungen
Wenn Sie Olympic Yachting wählen, um Ihr
Segelabenteuer zu starten, dann werden Sie ihr
Boot voll ausgerüstet, sauber und mit frischen
Bettbezügen vorfinden, während eine Flasche
Ouzo und Obst auf Sie warten. Nach Ihrer Ankunft
in Griechenland brauchen Sie also nur noch Ihr
Gepäck auszupacken, alles andere ist bereits für
Sie erledigt.
Sie werden alle Inneneinrichtungen genauso neu
und sauber vorfinden, wie es der äußere Zustand
verspricht. Außerdem werden Sie alle unsere
Boote in Lavrio und Corfu startbereit vorfinden.
Wir lassen unsere Boote mit Absicht nicht aus
mehreren Orten Griechenlands starten. Der Grund
dafür ist, dass wir sicher sein wollen, dass Sie
auch wirklich alles in ordnungsgemäßem Zustand
an Bord vorfinden.
Check in / Proviant
Unmittelbar nach der Einweisung und Übernahme
können Sie ablegen. Auf Wunsch ist der Proviant
bereits an Bord. Unsere Pantrys sind komplett
ausgestattet.
Check out / Endreinigung
Alle Schiffe werden von uns persönlich gewartet,
nach jeder Rücknahme aufwändig gereinigt und die
Nassräume desinfiziert. Nur so können wir unsere
hohen Qualitätsstandards garantieren. Bitte haben
Sie deshalb Verständnis dafür, daß wir auf unseren
Yachten keinerlei Haustiere dulden sowie die
Endreinigung durch Chartergäste nicht gestatten
können.
Saison
Die Segelsaison in Griechenland geht von Anfang
April bis Ende Oktober und ist mit mediterranem
Klima immer angenehm im Wasser wie auch auf
dem Wasser.
Basen
Wir haben Lavrio und Corfu als unsere Basen aus
mehreren Gründen ausgesucht, aber zuerst einmal,
weil Lavrio das Tor zu den Ägäischen Inseln ist (das
beste Segelgebiet weltweit). Lavrio ist nur zwanzig
Minuten vom neuen Flughafen Spata entfernt.
Corfu ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Familien
und für Segler der etwas gemütlichen Art des
Segelsports. Eine phantastische Inselwelt voller
Gruen und traumhaften Buchten. Corfu kann das
ganze Jahr angeflogen werden und ist eines der
beliebtesten Urlaubsgebiete Griechenlands.
Erfahrung
Unser Yachting Team steht Ihnen zur Verfügung,
damit ihr Urlaub angenehm gestaltet wird. Unser
Personal kann Ihnen mit der entsprechenden
Ausrüstung in technischen Angelegenheiten helfen
und wird bei all ihren Fragen die passende Lösung
finden - nicht nur, wo Sie einkaufen oder essen
können, sondern auch, wie Sie mit der Bavaria
umgehen und im Mittelmeer am besten vor Anker
gehen können.
Wir machen mit Ihnen nicht einfach eine
fünfminütige Einweisung mit kurzen Tipps auf der
Yacht, um Ihnen anschließend "Viel Glück" zu
wünschen. Wir versuchen, Ihnen das nötige
spezifische Wissen zu vermitteln, damit Sie sicher
und angenehm segeln können.
Als erfahrene Segler wissen wir, was für eine
Herausforderung eine unbekannte Yacht im
unbekannten Gewässer sein kann, selbst wenn auch
Sie erfahrene Segler sind. Sie werden uns bei
unseren Anweisungen keinesfalls als zu autoritär
empfinden. Wir wissen, dass unsere Urlaubssegler
erfahrene Kapitäne sind, die das Know-How über die
lokalen Verhältnisse sehr zu schätzen wissen. Wir
verfügen über dieses Know-How und Sie können es
umsonst haben.
Transfer vom Flughafen
Gerne können wir auf Anfrage einen Transfer für sie
organisieren.

Bavaria Yachts
We own outright every yacht in our fleet and have
carefully chosen the Bavaria for its comfort, easy
sailing and reliability. You will find a fleet of boats
to choose from at Olympic that are never more
than 7 years old, in fact today our average age of
a yacht is currently only 3 years. Beyond the
standard we have added equipment to every boat
in our fleet.
Raymarine
Autopilots ( on all yachts Raymarine 6001 ),
Depth gauges, Wind gauges and speed gauges..
Garmin
GPS Plotters: yes, many charterers offer GPS,
but ours are all plotters including detail maps
and harbor information for the waters you'll be
sailing.
All the GPS are mounted in the cockpit.
Chartplotter for secure navigation
Night journeys and nebulous journeys show no
problem thanks to GPS plotter with road point
navigation to position lighting and the available
sea maps - here you can check your navigation
knowledge and prepare for the coming offshore
routes.
All GPS chart plotters are mounted directly in the
cockpit outside.
Route planner and suggestions
Your vacation planning already begins at home:
we send our route suggestions and destinations
to you with pleasure.
Nasa Navtex
Navtex, so you'll know the weather anywhere you
choose to sail. Our Navtex is equipped with LCD
display and memory rather than the old tape
readout.
Solar energy
Solar power, something you just won't find on
other boats. Our Solar panels will generate all
the power you need to run your boat (including
your refrigerator). This means, that you won't be
firing up the diesel just to keep your batteries
charged. While this will not only reduce your fuel
costs and docking fees dramatically (one of your
biggest out-of-pocket expenses), we do it as an
added safety feature, because there is nothing
worse than finding out your batteries won't turn
over the engine just when you need it most.
Together with Olympic Yachting you can help to
minimize the environmental pollution by using
the solar energy.
Inverter 220 Volt from Mobile energy
Charge your cell phone, your cameras, your
laptops etc. without using the shore power or a
generator. You can use 220 Volt by using our
“mobile energy system” powered by solar
energy.
The easy anchor
Every 10 meters of 80 meters chain are clearly
marked and can be read with the help of a table.
The anchor winch is mounted on the deck,
therefore you have a lot of place in the anchor
locker, with the chain freely falling without
hooking up. The DELTA anchor of Lewmar is the
best anchor for our area and holds up
guaranteed. Beside the hand control, you have a
built-in emergency counter with which you can
always finish your anchor manoeuvre, even if the
hand control would fail.
Teak Deck
All yachts are equipped with Teak deck.
Therefore the complete deck is slide-steady and
gives to the yacht an exclusive look.
Sail and rigging / Furlex , Selden , Elvstroem
All yachts are equipped with a "Furlex" Rolling
genoa and a "Selden" Rolling Mast reef system.
The sails are adapted to the respective Cruiser by
"Elvstroem".
Service
In the Marinas of our bases enough free parking
as well as all service equipment will be available
for you.
24 h Standby
Our base managers are reachable 24 hours.
Weather infos and technical support on all
islands. No annoying waiting. We regulate and
repair all problems for you and your yacht within
24 h. Guaranteed!
Enlarged services
When you come to Lavrion or Corfu to begin your
adventure you will find your boat fully equipped,
clean with fresh quilt covers, beds made and a
bottle of Ouzo and fresh fruit waiting for you.
After your trip to Greece the only thing you need
to do is unpack.
And by the way, you will find the equipment
inside just as new and clean as the boat outside.
Check- in / Provision
Immediately after the check- in you can start. If
requested - the provisions are already on board.
Our galleys are completely equipped.
Check-out / end cleaning
All yachts are maintained by us personally, are
cleaned after every check-out thoroughly and the
wet rooms are disinfected. Only so we can
guarantee our high-class standards. Please have
therefore understanding for the fact, that we
cannot tolerate domestic animals on our yachts
as well as not permit the final cleaning by charter
guests.

We have picked Lavrion for our base for a
number of reasons, but primarily because it is on
the gateway to the Aegean Islands (the best
sailing region anywhere), only twenty minutes
from the new airport for Athens.
We have picked Corfu for our base, because it is
easy to reach from all over Europe by permanent
charter flights. Corfu is the pearl of the Ionion
Islands - a family friendly area for sailing. The
Ionion with its beautiful green nature and the
unforgettable crystal waters makes it to the most
favourite places of the Greek destinations.
Experience
Our Yachting team is available for you, so that
your vacation is formed pleasantly. Our staff can
help you with the suitable equipment in technical
affairs and will find the suitable solution with all
your questions - not only where you can buy or
eat something, but also how you can handle the
yacht and drop anchor best of all in the
Mediterranean Sea.
We don’t do with you simple 5-minute check-in
with short tips around the yacht to wish you
afterwards " A lot of luck ". We try to provide for
you the necessary specific knowledge, so that
you'll have a safe and pleasant sail trip.
As experienced yachtsmen we know what
challenge can be an unknown yacht in unknown
waters, even if you are an experienced skipper.
You will never experience us as too authoritarian
with our instructions. We know that our holiday
yachtsmen are experienced captains who know
how to estimate the know-how about the local
relations. We dispose of this know-how, and you
can have it free of charge.
Languages
Our staff speaks fluently English and German, so
that no communication problems can appear.

With pleasure we can organize on inquiry a
transfer for you.

Hotel reservation
If you still have not found a hotel, with our
enlarged options we are able to find a hotel for
you according to your expectations.
Season
The sailing season in Greece goes from April to
October and with it's Mediterranean climate it is
always pleasant - in the water as well as on the
water.
Base
You will find all of our yachts starting from
Lavrion and Corfu. We have specifically chosen
not to spread out our boats. The reason for this
is simple: this is the only way we can be sure, that
when you come aboard your boat, everything is
