This FM Helpdesk is staffed by trained, dedicated and
multi-tasking professionals who first listen intently then
respond instantly. It now deals with an average of 60
calls per day and is committed to respond to each call
in a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 2 hours.
Staff here are also expected to answer within three rings
– putting an end to frustrating call operator queues.
Every call received by the Helpdesk is processed via
a state of the art job management system, which is
projected via a live video wall, helping our staff to quickly
assign operatives and monitor jobs through to completion.
A built-in warning alarm alerts Arthur McKay when the
expected time to complete a job is almost over, ensuring
all jobs are completed to time and spec.
