On behalf of the Orienteering
Uruguayan Federation and our country, Uruguay, I am
pleased to invite you to participate in the Latin Cup
2014 to be held together with the VIII Mercosur Cup
and the 2nd International Maldonado O´Meeting. For
the Latin Cup, we have requested to the IOF to
recognize at least one event as World Ranking Event.
We are looking forward to
have your presence at the event. Our organization
team and myself, are working hard in order to
achieve the highest levels according to the
international standards.

TYPE OF COMPETITIONS: Sprint, Middle and Long Distance. Control system using
SportIdent.
CATHEGORIES:
Teams and Individuals according to the Rules of the Latin Cup for athletes
participating on the XX Latin Cup. Individuals for the VIII Mercosur Cup and the
2nd. International Maldonado O´Meeting , in following cathegories:
H-12, D-12, H-14, D-14, H-16, D-16, H-18, D-18, H-20, D-20, H-21, D-21, H-35, D-35, H40, D-40, H-45, D-45, H-50, D-50, H-55, D-55, H-60, D-60, H-65, D-65, H-70, D-70, H75, D-75, H-80, D-80, H-85, D-85, H-90, D-90. Athletes from any age (older than 21),
are allowed to participate in cathegories H/D21.
Clubs and Federations should send their applications indicating Sub-Cathegories
or Courses E, A, B, C o N (Novices). The Organization keeps the right to merge
Cathegories based on the number of participants, previous information to the
incumbent Federations.
