THANK YOU
A big thank you to the following people;
Nana Flo, Christa Smith, Kirsty Sheradin, Vicky Houry, Robyn Parker, Fiona
Johnson, Tammi Taylor and her sister Nicky, Michelle Wynyard, Louise Wilkie,
Colleen Going, Chevy Ruddell, Leigha Murray, Jamie Struthers, Rebessa Hornell,
Mrs Antunovic, Mrs Stevens, Mrs Worthington, Mrs Lange, Julie Davis, Joanna
Vanasche, Lily Houghton, Elaisa Glampe and especially Mrs Young.
If we have left anyone out we apologise, we are very grateful to all helpers. It is
FANTASTIC to see so many keen people who are willing to give up their time to
make this a wonderful opportunity for our children.
The school sees the benefit of Clubs, not just the activities, but the small group
situation, mixing with other age groups and benefiting from working and
communicating with other adults in our school community.
A special than you to Kirsty Sheridan who has come in
every Wednesday this term to make pizzas for our
kids. We are extremely grateful for Kirsty donating her
time and skills to the school to help out! She will be
making pizza one last time next week. Our school lunch
‘tuck shop’ is purely a voluntary project and we would
be over the moon if someone who is keen to donate
their precious time and come in and provide an item for
the children to order once a week. If you can help have
a talk to Roger. Thank You!

29th October
Well done to all pupils who participated in last weeks inter-school cross
country. The weather was perfect for
a change and everyone gave it their
best! Thank you to those parents who
came along with their junior children,
it is wonderful for them to have this
experience and they all did very well.
GYMNASTICS
Last week the whole school took part in a Gymnastics programme run by Ali Edwards. Everyone
had a great time! Each class walked up to the top
field where the Bay of Islands Gym Club is situated and Ali taught the children some basic
gymnastics and each child had a turn on most of
the equipment. We are so lucky to have such a
wonderful resource on our doorstep. The pupils
and staff are looking forward to taking part in
the programme again.
