the fist beingPeterSt Cry. Mr. St Cry was employedby Legiton a contractbasis
for businessdevelopment.Mr. St Cry and Legitultimately

St Cry'sconsultantagreement.As a resultMr. St Cry left Legit,and filed a
breachof contractlawsuitagainstLegit. As a resultof the legalfees that would
