informs Lynn’s work and guides
her hand. Colour, depth of
surface, and an animated stroke
or line mark both paintings and
drawings. Visitors will discover
paintings in the encaustic
(pigment and beeswax)
technique of the ancient Greeks,

media drawings.

The Chester Art Centre was founded in 2007 to “put art at the centre of
life in Chester”. Active year round both at its home facility in central
Chester and through outreach programs in the community, the Centre
