Manual polarity reverse switch:
a new entrance into the Fimer range.

Manual polarity reverse switch is
dedicated to those working on welding
sites, such as pipeline, offshore sites,
oil pipeline, and everywhere there is an
heavy use of pipes that require an high
welding quality.
Nel mondo della saldatura, l’invertitore di
polarità manuale, trova applicazione nel settore
della cantieristica, come gasdotti, oleodotto,
piattaforme offshore ed ovunque vi sia un
elevato utilizzo di tubazioni che richiedono un
alto grado di qualità di saldatura.
Simply by turning the manual polarity
reverse switch you can change poles,
passing rapidly from one welding
procedure to another (TIG-MMA-TIG).
Semplicemente ruotando l’invertitore di
polarità è possibile cambiare i poli, passando
rapidamente da una tecnica di saldatura
all’altra (TIG-MMA-TIG).

founded by Ing. Jorge Nussbaumer which
begins its activity in the 2004.
Currently shops and stores are located
in Ituzango in Argentina, Buenos Aires
district. DEBENELUX has two different
divisions: the first, import and distribute
products related with the gas process
(valve, mixers, aluminum cylinders etc),
the second handle welding equipment
and cutting machine. In both divisions we

DEBENELUX SRL è una giovane impresa fondata dall’Ing. Jorge Nussbaumer che
comincia la sua attività nel 2004.
Attualmente i negozi ed i depositi si trovano nella città di Ituzango, nella provincia
di Buenos Aires nella Repubblica Argentina. DEBENELUX ha due distinte divisioni: la prima, dedicata all’importazione
e la distribuzione di prodotti per processi
gassosi (valvole per gas, miscelatori, analizzatori di gas, cilindri di alluminio, etc..)
e la seconda, specializzata nella saldatura
e taglio. In entrambe le aree, si è cercato
di rappresentare i marchi più prestigiosi
del mondo che siano capaci di fornire la
tecnologia necessaria per permettere agli
utilizzatori argentini di aumentare la
competitività delle loro imprese nel mercato mondiale. In questo contesto, FIMER è
divenuta, da molti anni, uno dei principali

New PV plants in Romania
Nuovi campi fotovoltaici in Romania
Have been completed and connected in
network some of the biggest photovoltaic
plants with Inverter Fimer. With a total
of 22.4 MWp in five different sites (Malu,
Ciocanesti, Aricesti Banloc and Braila) the
new photovoltaic plants count over than
90.000 panels for a total of more than 40
Inverter Fimer installed. In particolar have
been installed:
- Aricesti 9.5 MWp
- Banloc 1 MWp
- Banloc Ferma 1.6 MWp
- Braila 2.9 MWp
- Ciocanesti 2.9 MWp
- Malu 4.5 MWp
Sono stati completati e connessi alla rete alcuni tra i più grandi parchi fotovoltaici con
Inverter Fimer.
Con un totale di 22.4 MWp sparsi su 5 differenti siti (Malu, Ciocanesti, Aricesti, Banloc

What’s the norm CEI 0-16 III edition?
The CEI (Italian electrotechnical committee) has published the CEI 0-16 III edition
“Reference technical rules for connecting
active and passive users to networks AT
and MT distributors of electricity”. This
norm defines the technicals criteria for
connecting users to the electricity distribution networks with rated voltage from
1 kV ac to 150 Kv.
Che cos’è la normativa CEI 0-16 Terza
Edizione?
Il CEI (Comitato Elettrotecnico Italiano) ha
pubblicato la norma CEI 0-16 Terza Edizione
“Regola tecnica di riferimento per la connessione di Utenti attivi e passivi alle reti AT ed MT
delle imprese distributrici di energia elettrica”.
La presente Norma ha lo scopo di definire i criteri tecnici per la connessione degli Utenti alle
reti elettriche di distribuzione con tensione nominale in corrente alternata superiore a 1 kV
fino a 150 kV.
What’s new after CEI 0-16 publication?
The new CEI 0-16 III edition adopts the
Annex 70 rules and defines the interface
protection modalities and their characteristics. The new norm underline the problems ruled in the Terna Annex 70, as the
GD unit participation at the voltage control, GD units power limitation, support at
the voltage during a short circuit. In other
words have been examine in depth and
ruled all the aspects related to network security already anticipated in Annex A70.
Compliance with Annex 70 was possible
with the famous personal declaration of
certification but from the first of January
2013, the declaration must be replaced by
a body accredited certification.
Quali novità ci sono a seguito della CEI
0-16 Terza Edizione?
La nuova CEI 0-16 recepisce le prescrizioni
dell’allegato A70 e definisce le modalità di prova
delle protezioni di interfaccia e le sue caratteristiche.
La revisione della norma porta in primo piano
i problemi sollevati e regolati dall’allegato A70
di Terna, come la partecipazione delle unità GD
al controllo della tensione, la limitazione della
potenza attiva delle unità GD, l’aumento della
potenza attiva per transitorio di sottofrequenza,
il sostegno alla tensione durante un cortocircuito. Insomma sono stati approfonditi e normati
gli aspetti relativi alla sicurezza della rete già
anticipati dall’allegato A70.
La conformità all’allegato A70 era possibile allegando la famosa dichiarazione sostitutiva di
atto notorio attestante la conformità agli articoli. Dal 1 gennaio 2013 tale dichiarazione dovrà
essere sostituita da certificazione di un ente accreditato.

FIMERGUARD.
Fimerguard is a monitoring and supervising system for Photovoltaic Installations.
Available for all FIMER central inverter, megastation included. The FIMERGUARD system allows for automatic and
autonomous supervision of photovoltaic
installations made up of FIMER solar central inverters, including the relevant smart
string boxes. The system essentially consists of a software package installed on a
PC (server) connected to a lan local network or Internet.
Basic functions
The system essentially has four basic functions:
1. Control of the plant (production, instant voltage data, power, and environmental conditions if activated +
alarm management).
2. Historical data archive management.
3. Chart generation.
4. Alarm messages sent by e-mail or sms
to pre-programmed addresses.
Fimerguard è un sistema di monitoraggio e
supervisione di Impianti Fotovoltaici. Disponibile per tutti gli inverter Fimer centralizzati, incluse le megastation. Il sistema
Fimerguard consente di supervisionare automaticamente ed in modo autonomo un impianto fotovoltaico composto da convertitori
fotovoltaici Fimer, comprese, per i modelli centralizzati , le cassette di stringa. Il sistema è
costituito da un pacchetto software residente
su un PC connesso in rete lan locale o internet.
Funzioni base
Quattro sono le funzioni base del sistema:
1. controllo dell’impianto (produzione, valori
istantanei di tensione, corrente, e condizioni ambientalise attivate, gestione allarmi).
2. Gestione archivio dati storici.
3. Generazione grafici.
4. invio segnalazioni di allarme via e-mail o
sms ad indirizzi predefiniti.
