1 Entry - $800 (Each entry receives 1/4 page in Parade of Homes (POH) magazine, 1 yard sign, 3
directional signs, & 2 strands of banner flags.)

1 Remodel Home Entry (Open to the public- optional)- $950 (Each entry receives 1/2 page in Parade of
Homes magazine, 1 yard sign, 3 directional signs, & 2 strands of banner flags.) Must be less than
12 months old.

1 Custom Home Entry (Open to the public- optional)- $950 (Each entry receives 1/2 page in Parade of
Homes magazine, 1 yard sign, 3 directional signs, & 2 strands of banner flags.) Must be less than

Village Entry Pricing
A Village is a way to showcase a community in the Parade of Homes.
A Parade of Homes Village includes at least one completed home. The benefits include:

Special mention of villages in promotional material

Page on the website & GBAHB App with all community information as well as a link to your website.
