Już 23 czerwca 2016 roku w Wielkiej Brytanii dojdzie do referendum o wyjście
z Unii Europejskiej.
Brytyjczycy mają dość i dużo wskazuje na to iż wyjdą z Unii.
Jednak już teraz wchodzą nowe przepisy , przepisy które mają pozbyć się
pewnej części ludzi gdyż wyspy są za bardzo obciążone.
Ten przykład pokazuje jeszcze jedna rzecz że nikt Ciebie z Wysp nie będzie
wyrzucał , jeśli Wielka Brytania wyjdzie z Unii, ale po prostu nie będziesz miał
pracy więc sam wyjedziesz.
Czy rezydentura będzie chroniła Polaków, którzy ją mają , będzie to zależało
tylko od „dobroci polityków ” bezpiecznie mogą czuć się tylko osoby, które
mają brytyjskie paszporty.
Oczywiście czy tak będzie przekonamy się już niedługo ale oto artykuł z BBC
jak może wyglądać twoja praca .
Jeśli jesteś dobrym specjalistą firma zapłaci za ciebie 1000 funtów a jeśli nie
po prostu nie będziesz mógł pracować na wyspach.

Businesses will have to pay an annual charge of £1,000 for every skilled
worker brought in from outside Europe. The Home Office move, to be brought
in by next April, follows a recommendation by the Migration Advisory Committee. It is one of a number of reforms to Tier 2 – the official name for the main
migration route for skilled workers coming to the UK from outside Europe.
The Confederation of British Industry (CBI) warned the charge could hold
businesses back from accessing talent.
‚Reduce reliance’
Immigration minister James Brokenshire said the committee, an independent public body which advises it on migration issues, strongly supported the
charge to „incentivise employers to reduce their reliance on migrant workers
and to invest in training and upskilling UK workers”.
He added: „For too long we have had a shortage of workers in certain roles,
and in the past it has been too easy for employers to recruit overseas.”
Neil Carberry, CBI director for employment and skills policy, said: „Skilled
migration is good for the UK, helping to fill skills gaps and supporting firms to
trade globally.
„Businesses want to see the Tier 2 cap raised not further visa price increases,
especially a skills charge, which will only hold them back from accessing the
talent they need to grow.”
Exemptions
The charge will be levied on Tier 2 employers at a rate of £1,000 per certificate of sponsorship per year, although a reduced rate of £364 will apply to
„small and charitable” sponsors.
There will also be exemptions such as those in PhD-level occupations or
switching from a Tier 4 student visa to a Tier 2 visa.
Under the new model the Tier 2 minimum salary will be raised to £30,000 for
„experienced” workers.
Currently, those wanting to work in the UK must be offered a starting salary of
£20,800 and this will remain the same, as will the annual limit for Tier 2 places
of 20,700 a year.
In 2014, 151,000 skilled workers and their dependants arrived in the UK or
were allowed to stay on.

Zmiany w podatku od nabycia nieruchomości
Od dnia 1 kwietnia 2016 r. wszyscy kupujący drugą nieruchomość w Anglii i Walii zostaną obciążeni dodatkowym 3% podatkiem (SDLT) od nabycia
nieruchomości.
Zmiany uderzą przede wszystkim w inwestorów nabywających nieruchomości
przeznaczone do wynajęcia. Będzie się to wiązało dla nich z dodatkowymi
tysiącami funtów podatku.
Dla przykładu, obecnie każda osoba kupująca drugą nieruchomość w cenie
£250,000.00 musi zapłacić podatek w wysokości £2,500.
Od kwietnia tego roku kwota ta będzie wyższa aż o £7,500. 3% podatek będzie
naliczany od wszystkich transakcji, dla których wymagane jest złożenie zeznania
podatkowego tj. od £40,000.
Zmiany te nie dotkną jedynie inwestorów dążących do zwiększenia swojego portfolio nieruchomości do wynajęcia.
Wyższy podatek od nabycia nieruchomości będzie dotyczył każdego kupującego
drugą nieruchomość np. jako drugi dom czy dom dla dzieci.
Wyższa stopa procentowa podatku będzie miała zastosowanie także w przypadku, par kupujących swój pierwszy dom, gdy jeden z parterów jest już
właścicielem nieruchomości..
Dla celów podatkowych, istotne jest również posiadanie nieruchomości poza
granicami Wielkiej Brytanii.
W takim przypadku, nawet jeśli nabywana nieruchomość, będzie stanowić
pierwszą i jedyną nieruchomość w Anglii i Walii, to obowiązuje wyższa stawka
podatku.
Jedynie osoby zamierzające kupić nowy domy, ale równocześnie sprzedające
obecny, nie muszą się obawiać podniesionego progu podatkowego, gdyż zmiany
te nie będą ich dotyczyć.

Według informacji z Państwowej Agencji Prasowej lotnisko Modlinie zostało
ewakuowane .
21 osób zostało zatrzymanych po fałszywym alarmie na lotnisku w podwarszawskim Modlinie. Sprawcy grozi nawet do ośmiu lat więzienia; będzie też musiał
pokryć koszty związane z akcją służb i przekierowaniem lotów.
Z lotniska ewakuowano w sumie ok. 800 osób.
Jak poinformował w poniedziałek PAP Dawid Marciniak z zespołu prasowego
Komendy Głównej Policji, w niedzielę ok. godz. 21 Straż Graniczna została poinformowana o bombie na modlińskim lotnisku.
„Sprawa została potraktowana bardzo poważnie.
Ewakuowano ok. 800 osób – nie tylko z terminala, także z samolotów, cztery loty
przekierowano na lotnisko w Warszawie. Sprawdziliśmy lotnisko, nie znaleźliśmy
ładunku wybuchowego” – dodał.
Funkcjonariusze ustalili numer telefonu, z którego dzwoniono z informacją o
bombie.
„Na miejscu trwała impreza. Uczestniczyło w niej 21 osób. Wszystkie były
pijane. Nikt nie chciał przyznać się do tego, że dzwonił z informacją o ładunku
wybuchowym” – powiedział policjant.

Dnia 23 czerwca wszystkie oczy całej Unii Europejskiej będą skierowane na Wielką Brytanię. Tego właśnie dnia Brytyjczycy w referendum
zadecydują czy nadal chcą być krajem członkowskim Unii Europejskiej czy
też nie.
Czy David Cameron wystarczającą mocno namieszał w głowach Brytyjczyków, aby podjęli tę jakże trudną decyzję w swoim życiu? Coraz częściej
słyszy się, że faktycznie chcą się odłączyć i być krajem niezależnym od
UE. I co wtedy? Jak będzie wyglądało życie Polaków po wyjściu Wielkiej
Brytanii z UE?
Trzeba sobie jasno powiedzieć, że nie będzie już tak kolorowo. I czeka

- Mariusz Winiarski lat 33 , zamieszkały przy Guildford Way w Thetford –
skazany na 8 lat więzienia , dodatkowy zarzut to produkcja narkotyków
- Rafał Schmidla lat 32 , zamieszkały przy Ely Way w Thetford – skazany
na 6 lat więzienia
- Piotr Suchocki lat 25 , zamieszkały przy Ash Close w Thetford – skazany na 5 lat więzienia
- Daniel Jasiński lat 27 , zamieszkały przy Foxglove Road w Thetford –

Polscy mężczyźni zostali skazani za pobicie człowieka i zostawienie go
nago w lesie. Ofiara spacerowała ulicą Gloucester Road gdy została
wciągnięta do samochodu i wywieziona do lasu.

A list of 250 business leaders who support Britain leaving the EU has been published by the Vote Leave group. The list includes former HSBC chief executive

a letter urging voters to remain in the EU. But Matthew Elliott, Vote Leave’s
chief executive, said it had a „growing list of business supporters”. Vote Leave
also announced that its Business Council would be chaired by John Longworth,
who resigned his role as director general of the British Chambers of Commerce
(BCC) earlier this month. Some of the business leaders who have signed up as

Shops for a Pound applications open
Entrepreneurs are being invited to transform vacant retail units into viable
businesses in an innovative new ‘Shops for a Pound’ initiative launched by
Liverpool City Council.
The scheme – a variation on the city’s hugely popular Homes for a Pound
project – will see 12 empty units on Smithdown Road and Earle Road
in Picton made available at a cost of £1 per week for up to three years.
Successful applicants will have to carry out repairs and refurbishment
themselves and must have finance in place. They will have to operate their
business from the refitted unit. Commercial rates will apply after the three
year period has expired.
Each proposal must be for a new, commercial business and cannot compete with an existing business in the neighbourhood. Gambling establishments, fast food takeaways, tanning salons, off licences/pubs and pay day
loan shops will not be permitted but bids for community cafes and healthy
takeaways will be considered. It is part of a wider regeneration plan which
is seeing 150 vacant houses in the vicinity being offered to people for £1 on
condition that they are brought up to Decent Homes Standard within a year
and aren’t sold or sub-let within five years.
Expressions of interest for Shops for a Pound can only be made at www.liverpool.
gov.uk/shopsforapound and the closing date is Monday 9 May.
Councillor Gary Millar, Cabinet member for business, enterprise and investment,
said: “Shops and businesses are a vital and integral part of a successful local
community. “This is about giving people with great ideas and a solid business plan
the chance to get their venture off the ground without having to worry about rental
costs in the first three years. “We don’t want to disadvantage existing local businesses so the ideas can’t duplicate what’s already on offer and we don’t want more
shops selling services linked to fast food, gambling, pay day loans, alcohol or tanning.”
The move has been backed by Picton ward councillors Tim Beaumont, Nathalie
Nicholas and Abdul Qadir, who said: “This is great news and will provide a boost
for the new neighbourhood being created through the Homes for a Pound Plus
scheme.” “We want to give as many local entrepreneurs the opportunity to make

Mieli jednak pecha, bo sprzedawca jest byłym żołnierzem wojsk powietrznodesantowych.
– Ok. godz. 14 w sklepie pojawili się klienci pochodzenia arabskiego w wieku ok. 30
lat.
Panowie chcieli zakupić karabin AK oraz pistolet Glock – potwierdza w rozmowie z
„Gazetą Polską Codziennie” Cezariusz Stolarczyk, współwłaściciel sklepu.
– Wspólnie z kolegą nie zgodziliśmy się na sprzedaż.
Poprosiliśmy o okazanie uprawnień do korzystania z broni oraz o wylegitymowanie
się dowodami osobistymi. Panowie tego nie zrobili.
Za zakup broni bez uprawnień proponowali nam 5 tys. dol.
Trzech obywateli Holandii pochodzenia arabskiego chciało zakupić broń i to
w sklepie w Gdyni. Proponowali wielokrotnie wyższą cenę niż rynkowa. Mieli
jednak pecha.
Trafili na uczciwego sprzedawcę, który w dodatku okazał się byłym komandosem. Posiedzą.
Arabowie z Holandii spędzą w polskim areszcie przynajmniej dwa miesiące.
Za usiłowanie nabycia broni bez uprawnień do jej posiadania grozi im osiem
lat więzienia. – Aresztowani nie przyznają się do winy – informuje Grażyna
Wawryniuk, rzecznik prasowy gdańskiej prokuratury okręgowej.
Do zdarzenia doszło w miniony poniedziałek, ale o sprawie media dowiedziały
się dopiero wczoraj, podobno z uwagi na dobro śledztwa.
Do sklepu z asortymentem broni przy ul. Portowej 3 w Gdyni weszło trzech
mężczyzn pochodzenia arabskiego w wieku ok. 30 lat.
Po odmowie sprzedaży odjechali.
Mieli zakrytą markę oraz tablice rejestracyjne samochodu – opowiada.
Dzięki szybkiej reakcji właściciela sklepu udało się sfotografować mężczyzn oraz
przebieg całej sytuacji. Natychmiast o sprawie zostały poinformowane odpowiednie
służby. Dzięki materiałom przekazanym przez właścicieli sklepu funkcjonariusze
błyskawicznie ujęli mężczyzn.
Według naszych nieoficjalnych informacji w zatrzymaniu obywateli Holandii uczestniczyli antyterroryści. Zatrzymani mężczyźni nie odpowiadali na wezwania policjantów.
Obyło się jednak bez użycia broni. Funkcjonariusze użyli paralizatorów.
Obywatele Holandii prawdopodobnie nie mieli przy sobie żadnych niebezpiecznych
przedmiotów.
Gdyńska policja pytana o sprawę nabiera wody w usta i odsyła nas do prokuratury.
– Mogę jedynie potwierdzić, że doszło do zatrzymania trzech obywateli Holandii.

Podsumowanie:
Prezydent Andrzej Duda powinien temu sprzedawcy dać nagrodę, że nie połakomił
się na pieniądze i nie sprzedał tej broni, bo kto wie co by się stało.

You will be a warehousing apprentice for
a bed and furniture company. They always aim to deliver customers’ orders on
the day of purchase and are beginning
to gain a reputation for their excellent
service and quality products.
Duties will include:

Loading and unloading delivery
vans
·
Cleaning/painting as required
·
Stock taking
·
Assembling furniture
·
Assisting customers who are
struggling to put up flat packed furniture
·
Ensuring the shop is always clean
and presentable
Skills you will need
You will have excellent communication
and customer service skills and the confidence to talk to customers. You should
also be physically fit as a warehousing
role can get quite demanding.
Qualities you will have
You must be willing to learn, proactive
and self-motivated. You should also be
keen to join the employer at furniture
shows and meetings with suppliers.
Working Week
Hours: 30+ hours per week
Days: Monday – Friday (11.00am –
6.00pm)
Future Prospects: Successful completion
of the Apprenticeship will lead to a full
time position.

Our successful client is one of the
leading players in its sector. They
recently strengthened their position
and as a result are now adding to their
profile of products that they manufacture and distribute. As they approach
a very busy period they are looking to
add to their team of Operatives. There
is raining available and candidates
who display the right attitude can seize
the opportunity to grow within this
business.
We are looking for a number of people
who are available for immediate starts
in the Bradford BD4 area.
The site of our client is very accessible via public transport from Central
Bradford as well as the BD4 and BD5
areas. The site is also close to the
M62 motorway.
Hours – Monday to Friday 6am-2pm
and 2pm-10pm. These are weekly
rotating shifts.
Sunday to Thursday 10pm6am (Nights). These are fixed shifts.
Pay – National Minimum Wage for
6-2/2-10 and above National Minimum
Wage for Nights shifts.. Weekly paid.
37.5 hours or 46 hours per week.
Role – The roles here could be any
of the following : Machine feeding and
unloading, stacking & palletising of
the products. Some heavy lifting may
be involved at times. There will also
be opportunities for candidates who
possess a valid and refreshed FLT
Counterbalance licence. Some Machine Operating positions could also
be available for any candidates that
can demonstrate experience of machine operating within a manufacturing environment. All candidates must
have an ethos of quality and ensure
that quality checking is required on all
roles. Please be aware that this can
be considered as a noisy environment.
Suitable candidates – We require reliable workers who take pride in their
work, have attention to detail and
possess good numeracy and literacy
skills. This can be a long-term opportunity for candidates who impress.
