5 miliardów funtów więcej dzięki
imigrantom z Unii Europejskiej.
Raport przygotowany przez University Colledge London (UCL) udowadnia,
że 4, 96 mld funtów więcej wpłynęło do budżetu Wielkiej Brytanii w okresie do
2011 roku, oznacza to, że imigranci z UE wygenerowali więcej pieniędzy w
formie podatków niż pobrali w formie zasiłków socjalnych. Raport zatytułowany,
„The Fiscal Effects of Immigration to the UK” (Skutki podatkowe imigracji na
Wielką Brytanię) został opublikowany przez Royal Economic Society w Economic Journal. Dziesięć państw, które dołączyły do UE w 2004 roku to: Cypr,
Republika Czeska, Estonia, Węgry, Litwa, Łotwa, Malta, Polska, Słowacja oraz
Słowenia.

Według Migration Watch, raport zbyt wybiórczo analizuje dane, natomiast minister do spraw imigracji James Brokenshire ocenia raport UCL, jako skupiony
na wąskiej bazie danych. „Raport w zbyt małym zakresie dotyka kwestii publicznych takich jak dostępu do szkół, szpitali, infrastruktury oraz kwestii mieszkaniowych” - powiedział minister Brokenshire
Analiza zawiera jednak dane potwierdzające udział imigrantów we wszystkich
kosztach ponoszonych przez społeczeństwo Wielkiej Brytanii takich jak usługi,
których koszta zwiększają się w przypadku zwiększenia się populacji (system
zdrowia, edukacja) jak również takich, na które większa liczba ludności nie ma
wpływu (armia). W przypadku odliczenia kosztów stałych, wpływ z podatku generowany przez imigrantów z UE wzrósłby do 10 miliardów.

naszą gospodarkę. Powodem takiego stanu rzeczy jest fakt jest ich
młody wiek, więc koszta jak na razie są niewielkie jednak z czasem ta
sytuacja się zmieni”
Ekonomista BBC Robert Peston uważa, że autorzy raportu obalili
mit imigranta wykorzystującego system świadczeń socjalnych zaznacza jednak, że na dłuższą metę tak liczna imigracja może stać
się ciężarem dla gospodarki kraju. Według BBC, podobny raport
autorstwa tych samych osób został opublikowany w zeszłym roku, tak

spłacać! Szczególnie, gdy stracisz pracę, ulegniesz wypadkowi czy pojawią sie
inne okoliczności ograniczające lepsze zarobki. Nie martw się! Pomyśl jak wyjść
z pętli zadłużenia.

Nie ignoruj najważniejszych płatności, a niezabezpieczone bankowe
zobowiązania typu pożyczka czy karty kredytowe postaraj sie może ując w
planie spłaty zadłużenia. W tym przykładzie zobowiązania wobec banków
z tytułu zaciągnietych pożyczek i kart kredytowych wynosi 12,000£ (9000£
pożyczki+3000£) (patrz wyzej) I tu możesz starać sie zarówno o Debt Management Plan, gdzie minimalna rata miesięczna wynosi 80£ jak i Individual Voluntary Arrangement , gdzie minimalna rata wynosi 100£. Zakładąjc oczywiscie, ze
nadal stac Cie na splacanie dlugow lecz po obnizonej racie.
Róznica polega na tym, że jezeli zaczniesz spłacać dług w wysokości 12,000 £
za minimum 80£ w DMP to zajmie to średnio 18 lat!I do tego
Twój dom nie jest chroniony.
Dlatego alternatywą jest plan IVA, gdzie zobowiązujesz sie do regularnych
wpłat miesięcznych (minimum 100£) przez 5 lat (maksimum 6), z możliwością
odpisania reszty długu. Dom jest chroniony! Oczywiście ów plan jest bardziej
restrykcyjny i uregulowany prawem, więc musisz spełniać określone warunki i
mieć stabilna sytuacje materialną.
IVA jest alternatywą upadłości konsumenckiej czyli bankructwa, więc zdecydowanie lepiej wyjść z długów w 5 lat i być czystym niż ogłaszać bankructwo
i borykać się z konsekwencjami nawet do końca życia. Dodam w Bankructwie
tracisz majątek.
Do obsługi zadłużenia należy zaliczyć plany takie jak DMP – Debt Management Plan lub IVA – Individual Voluntary Arrangement, które pozwalają skupić
poszczególne długi w jednym planie i za pośrednictwem jednej miesięcznej raty
umożliwiają ich spłacanie co miesiąc.
Aby to lepiej zobrazować przeczytaj studium przypadku opisane poniżej.
Studium przypadku 1:
Załóżmy, ze posiadasz następujące zadłużenie:
Karta kredytowa: zadłużenie na 3000£ - miesięczna rata wynosi 60£ +

Zarabiasz 980£ miesięcznie + pobierasz benefity, bo masz dziecko czyli Child
Benefit 88£ miesięcznie + średnio Child Tax Credity i Working Tax Credity około
500£ miesięcznie oraz Housing Benefit około 200£ miesięcznie czyli Twój
dochód wynosi 1.768.00£, a musisz wydać na rachunki bieżące oraz ‘’życie’’ ok
1,688,00. Czyli jeśli odejmiemy od Twojego dochodu miesięczne bieżące wydatki 1,768.00 -1,688.00 pozostanie na spłacanie długów 80£. A jak widać wyżej
minimalne raty długów wynoszą w sumie 200£. Co robisz?
Zaczynasz zalegać z bieżącymi rachunkami, aby spłacić kartę kredytowa,
pożyczasz od znajomych, myślisz o kolejnej pożyczce etc
Pomyśl o planie spłaty zadłużenia – Debt Management Plan.
Raty miesięczne mogą być obniżone, a Ty będziesz płacił/a jedna miesięczna
ratę, czyli w tym przypadku 80£, a nie 200£ jak poprzednio.
Studium przypadku 2:
Zakładamy, iż jesteś włascicielem domu,masz samochód na raty, dwie pożyczki
w banku oraz trzy karty kredytowe:
Kredyt hipoteczny: 90,000£ – miesięczna rata kredytu: 600£
Auto na raty przez 3 lata musisz płacić miesięcznie 190 £
3 karty kredytowe o łącznym zadłuzeniu: 3000£ – miesięczne raty suma: 150£
2 pożyczki w banku o łącznym zadłuzeniu: 9000£ – miesięcznie płacisz w sumie
300£
Czyli mamy: zabezpieczone zobowiazania (dom i auto) i miesieczna suma
wydatkow na nie wynosi 790£ (=600£+190£)oraz niezabezpieczone takie jak
pozyczki i karty kredtowe o miesiecznym wydatku rzędu 450£ (=150£+300£),
Dopóki nie urodziło się dziecko oboje pracowaliście i był stały dochód. Mozna
bylo splacac regularnie wszystkie raty. Teraz żona poszła na macierzyński i
dochody się obniżyły. I nie stać was na spłacanie tych wszystkich zobowiązań. A
do tego nadal musisz regulować stałe wydatki za council Tax, gaz, prąd i tak by

1. Overview
You could get a Budgeting Loan to help pay for essential things like rent, furniture, clothes or
hire purchase debts. The smallest amount you can borrow is £100.
Budgeting Loans are interest-free so you only pay back what you borrow. You normally have
to repay the loan within 104 weeks.
You can apply for a loan if you’ve been getting income-related benefits for at least 26 weeks.
You must still be getting income-related benefits when your application is assessed.

Tak też zrobiła pani Lucyna. Zadzwoniła, aplikacja przyszła poczta , wypełniła
aplikacje i wysłała.
Po 3 tygodniach dostała pismo iż urząd prosi o rachunki. Zadowolona pani
Lucyna wysłała wszystkie faktury, które wystawiała swoim klientom.
Po 4 tygodniach dostała pismo iż nie kwalifkuje sie obecnie na working tax credyt.
Jak to zaczęła płakać, przecież inni, którzy zarabiają podobanie w fabryce lub w
“pubie” dostają. To jest dyskryminacja mojej osoby i znów płacz.
Cóż.
Pani Lucyno, urzednik miał prawo nie przyznać pani benefitu gdyż, w aplikacji
jest zapytanie ile pani zarobiła w roku poprzedni tzn. 2013-2014 i na podstawie
tych informacji zostaje przyznany ten benefit.
Jednak czasami jesli ktoś pracuje na etacie tzn. nie ma swojej firmy i dostaje tzn.
peyslipy potwierdzenie ile zarabia na tydzien urzędnik decyduje sie przyznać
banefit gdyż peyslip jest wysyłany przez firmę zatrudniającą pania do urzędu
skarbowego ,więc urzednik wie ile ktoś zarabia, jeśli stara sie o benefit.
Niestety, jeśli ma pani firme urzędnik nie może określić ile pani zarobi do końca
roku podatkowego tzn. do konca marca 2015. Przecież nawet jesli wysłała mu
zarobki tygodniowe to jednak prowadzenie firmy ma inne zasady i np. w styczniu
lub lutym może pani dostać kontrakt na szczyżenie np. całej fabryki lub gwiazdy
filmowej i zarobić w miesiącu np. 5000 funtów. Chodzi mi o sam fakt, iż nie da sie
określić ile pani zarobi majac firme. Więc płacz jest nieuzasadniony.
Wiec co robić aby zrobić dobrze.
Postaram sie to teraz wytłumaczyć w miare bardzo prosto.
Te benefity czyli dodatki narazie są dostepne dla Polaków ale trzeba sie dobrze
do nich przygotować.
Po pierwsze czekamy do kwietnia.
Po drugie pani Lucyno, trezba zakasać rękawy i do pracy. Ludzi dużo, głow do
szczerzenia też, Kwiecień blisko .
A co w kwietniu.
Po pierwsze zaczyna sie okres rozliczeniowy pani firmy self employ.
Więc nie czekamy aż do stycznia nastepnego roku 2016, gdyż to maksymalny
miesic do kiedy trzeba rozliczyć firmę ale rozliczamy firmę już w kwietniu.Dlaczego ? Odpowiedz prosta aby ponownie starać sie o benefity tzn, working tax credyt
Teraz gdyz urzędnik dostanie aplikacje na working tax credyt czyli dla osoby mało
zarabiajacej - bez problemu przyzna pani.
UWAGA: Wielu Polaków myśli sobie tak.
Kwota wolna od podatku to około 9600 na rok więc wpisze że zarobiłam np. 6700
funtów.
I to jest wielki błąd Polaków, uważają że jeśli mają firmę self employ mogą pisać co
chca bo nie muszą mieć uregulowanego czasu pracy.
Błąd błąd. Taka suma od razu daje do myślenia urzednikowi który przyznaje

Wiec jak powinno być przygotowane pani Lucyny rozliczenie firmy
self employ.
Wiec:
wiemy już że musi pracować minimum 30 godzin x 6.50 funta na godzine = 195
funta na tydzien x 52 tygodnie = 10140 funtów na rok
Wiec pani Lucyna musi tyle zarobić. Oczywiście wtedy już musi zapłacić podatek
od takeiej sumy, ale ile zapłaci około 150 funtów a dostanie okolo 2000 funtów na
rok płacone około 45-50 funtów na tydzień.
Wiec chyba warto.
Gdy tak przygotowany rozliczenie przez ksiegowego jest wysłane do Inland Revenue, możemy teraz wysłać o dotacje wroking tax credyt .
Teraz urzędnik który przyznaje dotacje widzi ile pani Lucyna zrobiła w całym roku
podatkowym i może przydzielic pani dotacje.
Prosze pamiętać że czasami urzędnik jednak przyzna od razu benefit oraz uwaga

Ukończył Kursy Instruktorskie w Szkole Pole Dance w Manchester, Kursy fitness oraz jest uczestnikiem Szkoły Akrobatycznej i
Cyrkowej. W dalszym ciągu podnosi swoje umiejętności i kwalifikacje
korzystając z warsztatów prowadzonych przez światowych atletów.
Damian prowadzi zajęcia: Pole Dance, Pole Fitness, Acrobalance,
Gimnastyka i Akrobatyka dla dorosłych, Aerobik oraz Nordic Walking.
* Skąd pomysł?
Pomysł narodził się po pierwszym występie publicznym, kiedy
oglądający zapytali mnie gdzie mogą nauczyć się tego co
zaprezentowałem. Pomyślałem, fajnie by było zarażać ludzi swoją
pasją we własnej szkole. Tak dzień po dniu załatwiałem formalności
i we wrześniu 2014 otworzyłem GFFdamian. Na jednych z warsztatów poznałem cudownego tancerza, któremu zaproponowałem
współpracę i tak pojawił się drugi instruktor w Studio.
Artur Biernat, 28-o latek z Olsztyna, swoją przygodę z tańcem,
rozpoczął w wieku 6 lat. W szerokiej gamie warsztatów tanecznych
w jakich brał udział I pod okiem profesjonalnych tancerzy, podniósł
swoje kwalifikacje I umiejętności taneczne. Ukończył Szkołę Mistrzów Tańca Pavlovič pod okiem Ivony Pavlowič oraz Szkołę Wasilewscy Crea Dance. Obecnie jest instruktorem I choreografem
tańców latynoamerykańskich, Dancehallu oraz Stepu.
Damian Kutryb i Artur Biernat -dwóch młodych ludzi, których
połączyła wspólna pasja do tańca. Kreatywni, odważni i zdeterminowani.Twórcy czegoś nowego, oryginalnego na Wyspach Brytyjskich.
