1. Apply JCS where is located at the nearest
at your respect location with complete documents.
(follow sector check list)
2. JCS Status
a) Approve - go to KDN
b) Reject - appeal to MITI

3. KDN Approval – The company representative or director has to be
present at the interview at Putrajaya. Please prepare the Bank Draft
payable to “Ketua Pengarah Imigresen Malaysia” after interview.
(RM1,250.00/head x quantity approve)
4. Prepare the Job Order & Demand Letter to request Biodatas from
oversea Agent
* optional - arrangement oversea interview workers if necessary

5) Selection & Confirmation Biodatas
- to prepare Bank Guarantee / Insurance Guarantee, SKHPPA ,
Bank Draft (PLKS, Visa & Processing) and related forms while
submitting the calling visa at Imigresen
- to prepare Attestation documents and submit to the relevant
Embassy in Malaysia
- to endorse & translate KDN Approval & calling visa copy at
Wisma Putra

6) Worker Arrival
- to prepare related documents & fill up arrival card before
clearance at Malaysia airport
- the director or yellow card holder staff has to present at the airport
to make the clearance
- to issue a cheque of RM180.00/head (for male only) for Fomema
check-up and FWCS (PA insurance) upon worker arrival

7) Fomema Check-Up status
a) Medical fit - to do the worker’s work sticker at Imigresen
b) Medical unfit – to buy air-ticket & do check up memo at
Imigresen and process for the replacement

The Way to reduce wages cost
Confirm by Government up to date 21/03/2013
1. To deduct levy = RM104.20/month
2. To deduct Accommodation = RM50.00/month
(apply to JTK if deduction more than RM50.00/month)
3. For those new arrival worker can use probation rate =
RM630/month (max 6 months)
4. To deduct SKHPPA (medical insurance)

1. The definition of SMEs ?
Answer : Full time employees not exceed 150 or Annual sales
turnover not exceeding RM25 million (refer document)
2. The practical sample letter of deferral ?
Answer : refer documetns
3. Any penalties in case of breach minimum wage, especially foreign
workers?
Answer : compound RM10,000/worker (can call to labour office
verify)

Answer : RM50.00/month. Must apply to JTK if more than
RM50/month (refer document)
5) Legality for hiring foreign workers who have Deduction of
accommodation ?
Answer : Worker permit sticker must have Outsourcer Worker &
Outsource Company name same with the License.
