By Tracy Zhang Created Oct 9 2007 - 11:05pm Does anyone ever experience this problem? whenever i send an email to a customer with a hotmail account, the message gets bounced back to me right away saying that my message contains spam-like qualities or i have ip domain reputation problems. i've tried using different computers--work, home, and a local university--all with the same result. it's very frustrating that ~10% of my customers think that i'm ignoring them. could this be related to the volume of automated emails that merchant sends out through my email address every day? i don't know why only they hotmail/msn/excite addresses are affected. if anyone else has encountered and solved a similar problem please let me know. oh, i use web-based mail (yahoo). thanks tracy ‹ Inventory #'s are incorrect - do you have this problem?
