The Québec Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (FCMQ) provides
general information on this exhilarating sport. To ride a snowmobile
in Québec, you must have a valid driver’s license and pay the FCMQ’s
annual trail access fee. The owner of the snowmobile must also
possess liability insurance. Insurance and trail access rights are
generally included in the rental fees.
