degrees, the forecast temperature/heat index is less than 90 degrees, there is no precipitation falling, and there is no current air quality alert. It is understood that given these parameters there may be portions of some days that do not meet the conditions of weather
permitting since forecasts are generally targeted to a point in time in the day. ~ ECERS
OCCUPATIONAL CHILD CARE PROGRAM UPDATES:
The seniors will begin their weekly lesson plans this month. Each senior has
completed a whole week worth of lessons and activities for the children. They
will be implementing the lessons during their assigned week. One requirement
is to complete a send home activity for families to connect the topics learned at
school into their daily routines at home. You will begin to see weekly letters in
your child’s cubby explaining the send home activity. Incorporating and expanding on the skills your child learned at school is a great way for him/her to retain
the information and continue to grow.
GETTING TO KNOW THE STUDENTS:
There are pictures and descriptions about each student hanging on the parent
board.
